Aangezien november en december als de omzetmaanden bij uitstek worden beschouwd, fungeert de Black Friday als een belangrijke katalysator. De bevindingen zijn afkomstig uit de vierde editie van het DHL eCommerce Trends Rapport: Shopper Edit, waarvoor 24.000 online shoppers in 24 wereldmarkten zijn ondervraagd, en de voor het eerst gepubliceerde Business Edit, die antwoorden verzamelde van 4.050 bedrijven in 19 landen. Ze tonen de relevantie van het verkoop evenement aan: 84% van de online retailers wil deelnemen aan de Black Friday van 2025.<\/h5>\n<p>(Bonn) Het vertrouwen in de aanbiedingen rondom het winkel evenement lijkt echter af te nemen. Terwijl 69% van de retailers gelooft dat klanten hun aanbiedingen vertrouwen, geeft slechts 50% van de kopers aan de Black Friday aanbiedingen volledig of grotendeels te vertrouwen. De generatievergelijking laat een duidelijk beeld zien: 56% van de Gen Z vertrouwt de prijzen van de retailers, vergeleken met slechts 38% van de babyboomers.<\/p>\n<h5>Kleine bedrijven weinig optimistisch<\/h5>\n<p>De generatie Z is niet alleen leidend in vertrouwen, maar ook in koopintentie: 81% is van plan tijdens het winkel evenement meer te kopen, vergeleken met 64% van de babyboomers. Opmerkelijk is dat 56% van de retailers aangeeft tijdens de Black Friday meer te verkopen dan in andere periodes, en 60% rapporteerde in 2024 hogere omzet op deze dag dan in 2023, waarbij grote bedrijven met 69% groei de leiding hebben. Eenmanszaken en kleine bedrijven zijn dit jaar het minst optimistisch over de Black Friday - ze verwachten bescheidenere resultaten, waarbij slechts 48% rekent op een omzetstijging en slechts 57% gelooft dat kopers hun aanbiedingen en prijzen vertrouwen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Klantbeoordelingen be\u00efnvloeden kopers<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Aan de koperzijde koopt drie op de vier shoppers tijdens de Black Friday meer of evenveel, waarbij ze voornamelijk worden gemotiveerd door kortingen en besparingen (71%), toegang tot exclusieve deals (49%) en tijdgebonden aanbiedingen (44%). Echte beoordelingen be\u00efnvloeden hun beslissingen: 64% van de Black Friday shoppers laat zich be\u00efnvloeden door klantbeoordelingen op sociale media. Flexibele betalingsopties en producten die trending zijn op sociale media trekken deze kopers aan. Hun kooplust bij aanbiedingen gaat verder dan de Black Friday: 53% geeft aan meer te kopen wanneer ze een goede aanbieding of kortingscode van een retailer ontvangen. Ze schromen ook niet om aanbiedingen in het buitenland te zoeken: 62% geeft aan bij retailers buiten hun thuisland te winkelen. De leveringsoptie lijkt de aankoop af te ronden - 82% van de Black Friday shoppers zou de aankoop annuleren als hun favoriete leveringsoptie niet wordt aangeboden bij de digitale kassa. Bij DHL eCommerce beschouwen we technologie en vertrouwen als de tweelingmotoren van groei, en we zijn vastbesloten om bedrijven te helpen deze te benutten om succesvol te zijn - niet alleen tijdens de Black Friday, maar ook in de langetermijnvertrouwenseconomie.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Strategische groeimotor in de B2B-sector<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Voor B2B-online retailers is de Black Friday een strategisch hulpmiddel om nieuwe klanten te werven en bestaande klanten opnieuw aan te spreken met tijdgebonden aanbiedingen.
