Het centrale thema was de elektrificatie van het koelaggregatenportfolio. Tot de beursnieuwigheden behoren de volledig elektrische onderbouw-koelmachine TEU, de trailer-koelmachine TEF 1500 met externe batterij en de TEK voor bestelwagens.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck) In de beursfocus stond ook het distributieverkeer: Diverse klantvoertuigen die al in de praktijk rijden met E-koelsystemen van Mitsubishi, zoals de bestelwagenvariant TEK, werden getoond. Een van de gepresenteerde innovatieve koelvoertuigen is het zogenaamde &#8220;BE-Combi 3500 PLUS-systeem&#8221; - een mini-sattelcombinatie, in pilotgebruik bij de landmetzgerei Heinzelmann uit het Zwarte Woud. Gebaseerd op een Mercedes-bestelwagen met koelopbouw en TEK-koelmachine heeft het systeem een maximaal gewicht van 7,0 ton (toegestane totaalgewicht) en mag het bestuurd worden met een BE-rijbewijs.<\/p>\n<p>De TEK-serie voor het distributieverkeer met Transpern onderscheidt zich in vergelijking met de voorganger door hogere koel-, verwarmings- en luchtprestaties, met compactere afmetingen en 20% minder gewicht van de verdamper. Aangedreven door een 24-volt-generator overtuigt het aggregaat door compacte afmetingen en tegelijkertijd hoge koelprestaties van maximaal 4.000 watt bij 0 graden en tot 2.000 watt bij min 20 graden Celsius. De TEK kenmerkt zich door een volledig hermetische compressor met een volledig gesloten koelcyclus, die met een zeer kleine hoeveelheid koelmiddel kan werken. Hierdoor is de jaarlijkse lekdichtheidscontrole niet meer nodig, wat onderhoudskosten en inspanningen bespaart.<\/p>\n<h5>Machine zorgt voor constante laadruimtetemperatuur<\/h5>\n<p>Mitsubishi presenteerde de TEK in het kader van een klantenproject met het genoemde BE-Combi-referentievoertuig. De klant, landmetzgerei Heinzelmann, toonde de driewielige Mercedes Sprinter met koelopbouw en ge\u00efntegreerd TEK-koelsysteem. Tijdens dagtochten van maximaal 300 kilometer levert het team van Heinzelmann vlees- en worstproducten in het Zwarte Woud. De TEK-koelmachine zorgt daarbij voor een constante laadruimtetemperatuur, vooral ook bij de tot 16 losstoppen op de route. Want een externe batterij en deurcontactsensoren zorgen ervoor dat de koelwerking na het nemen van de goederen en het sluiten van de deur ook bij een uitgeschakelde motor van de bestelwagen doorgaat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;De truc van het BE-Combi 3500 PLUS-systeem is dat deze combinatie met rijbewijs klasse BE kan worden bestuurd en bovendien tolvrij is, waar de exploitant van profiteert,&#8221; zegt Sascha Kramer, directeur van BE-Combi Deutschland GmbH. Aangezien het toegestane totaalgewicht is beperkt tot 7.000 kilogram, kan deze BE-combinatie met een oud (voor 01-2013) en een nieuw (na 01-2013) BE-rijbewijs worden bestuurd. &#8220;Onze chauffeurs hebben voor dit voertuig dus geen vrachtwagenrijbewijs nodig, waardoor we in de personeelsplanning veel flexibeler zijn,&#8221; zegt Rainer Scheurenbrand, directeur van de landmetzgerei Heinzelmann. &#8220;Bovendien beschikken we met de TEK van Mitsubishi over een zeer energie-effici\u00ebnt koelsysteem, dat helpt om geluid en uitlaatemissies te verminderen. Dit is voor ons als duurzaam opererend bedrijf van groot belang.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>De landmetzgerei Heinzelmann stelt bovendien de vloot geleidelijk om naar elektrische voertuigen. &#8220;Onze volledig elektrische Mitsubishi-koelsystemen passen hier honderd procent in het concept,&#8221; zegt MTTE-verkoopmedewerker Patrick Willenberger, die namens Mitsubishi verantwoordelijk is voor het BE-Combi-project.<\/p>\n<h5>Servicenetwerk in Europa verder uitbreiden<\/h5>\n<p>Als Europese algemene importeur van de Japanse Mitsubishi-koelsystemen breidt het Osnabr\u00fcckse bedrijf MTTE zijn productportfolio en zijn servicenetwerk in Europa continu uit. De focus van de uitbreiding ligt bij MTTE op de strategie voor de geleidelijke elektrificatie van alle apparaatklassen - van de bestelwagen-koelmachine tot de trailer-koelapparatuur. &#8220;Met ons aantrekkelijke portfolio voldoen we aan de vraag naar economische en milieuvriendelijke oplossingen voor transportkoeling.
