De samenvoeging van de twee magazijnen markeert het begin van een gerichte herstructurering van het management in Krefeld. Beniers wordt daardoor gepromoveerd van Leader Logistics naar Site Lead Krefeld. Hij neemt daarmee extra taken op zich met betrekking tot de administratie van de locatie. Dit omvat het bevorderen van de samenwerking op de locatie en het uitbreiden daarvan.<\/h5>\n<p>(Krefeld) Robert Brohl, Head of Supply Chain Management bij Galaxus: \u00abSteffen was de allereerste logistiek medewerker bij Galaxus in Duitsland en is sinds de start in 2018 bij ons. Hij heeft de sterke groei mogelijk gemaakt en ondersteund. In samenwerking met de Zwitserse logistieke teams heeft hij altijd de juiste oplossingen voor Krefeld gevonden. Ik ben blij dat hij nu ook officieel de verantwoordelijkheid voor de gehele locatie Krefeld op zich neemt.\u00bb<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_30061\" style=\"width: 130px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30061\" class=\"wp-image-30061 \" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Galaxus_4.11.25_2-161x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"120\" height=\"224\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-30061\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Steffen Beniers<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Robert Brohl was voorheen locatieleider in Krefeld. In het kader van zijn nieuwe rol als Head of Supply Chain Management bij Digitec Galaxus moest hij deze rol echter tijdelijk neerleggen. De taken werden intern verdeeld over meerdere personen, waardoor de rol van locatieleider formeel vacant bleef. In het kader van de bundeling van de logistiek op de locatie Krefeld-H\u00fcls en de sluiting van het magazijn in Krefeld-Fischeln werd besloten de rol van locatieleiding aan Steffen Beniers toe te wijzen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle 13 medewerkers van het eerste magazijn \u00abHans\u00bb (Hans-G\u00fcnther-Sohl-Stra\u00dfe) zullen verhuizen naar de nieuwe hal \u00abOdilia\u00bb (Odilia-von-Goch-Stra\u00dfe) en daar verder werken. \u00abIk ben erg blij dat we ons in de toekomst kunnen concentreren op het magazijn in H\u00fcls en dat alle collega\u2019s uit Fischeln naar ons nieuwe locatie komen\u00bb, zegt Steffen Beniers. Enkele medewerkers hadden zich echter al in 2025 naar nieuwe banen omgekeken en hadden Galaxus verlaten omdat ze niet naar de nieuwe locatie wilden verhuizen. Hans zal in april 2026 sluiten. In totaal werken er ongeveer 150 personen bij Galaxus in Krefeld.<\/p>\n<h5>Nieuwe taken ook voor andere personen<\/h5>\n<p>De voormalige leidinggevende van het grootmagazijn Hans, Stephanie Oelmann, wordt de nieuwe manager Outbound (goederenuitgang) op de locatie Odilia. De huidige Leader Outbound, Matthias Preukschat, zal zich in de toekomst bezighouden met logistieke planning, analytics en workflowmanagement.
