KIKO Milano is een internationaal bekende cosmeticamerk dat staat voor hoogwaardige en trendsettende beautyproducten.<\/strong> Het doel van de samenwerking is om de e-commerce-activiteiten van KIKO in het Verenigd Koninkrijk verder uit te breiden en effici\u00ebnter te maken.<\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00fcnchen\/Mailand) Gezien de sterk groeiende vraag naar snelle online leveringen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk heeft KIKO besloten zijn logistiek grondig te optimaliseren. Daartoe heeft het bedrijf een zogenaamde Dark Store geopend in Londen en het warehouse management systeem LEA Reply\u2122 van Logistics Reply ge\u00efmplementeerd. Deze oplossing is ontworpen voor schaalbaarheid en flexibiliteit. Een Dark Store is een retailmagazijn dat is georganiseerd als een klassiek winkel, maar niet openbaar toegankelijk is en uitsluitend dient voor de afhandeling van online bestellingen.<\/p>\n<p>Al vier maanden na de start van het project ging de nieuwe locatie operationeel, die volledig wordt beheerd door het interne team van KIKO. De nieuwe structuur verkort de levertijden aanzienlijk en verbetert de productbeschikbaarheid in het hele distributiegebied.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Onze missie is om onze klanten snel en betrouwbaar te voorzien van innovatieve, hoogwaardige producten,&#8221; commentarieert Paul Devin, Managing Director UK bij KIKO. &#8220;Door deze oplossing konden we onze e-commerce-levertijden halveren. Logistics Reply was gedurende het hele project een betrouwbare partner. Ze hebben snel en uitgebreid gereageerd op onze eisen en ons continu ondersteund.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Met zijn microservices-architectuur biedt LEA Reply\u2122 de nodige flexibiliteit om verschillende magazijnprocessen \u2013 van eenvoudig tot zeer complex \u2013 te ondersteunen. Hiervoor worden precies de benodigde modules geactiveerd.
