Hellmann Worldwide Logistics opent een nieuw, ultramodern contractlogistiekcentrum in het Australische Truganina. Met deze op duurzaamheid gerichte locatie verdubbelt het bedrijf zijn opslagcapaciteit in de metropoolregio Melbourne en versterkt het zijn marktpositie in de Azi\u00eb-Pacific regio.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Osnabr\u00fcck\/Melbourne) Hiermee zet Hellmann een verdere strategische stap in zijn internationale groeipad en biedt het zowel zijn bestaande als potenti\u00eble nieuwe klanten een breed portfolio van innovatieve en duurzame logistieke oplossingen.<\/p>\n

Hellmann is sinds 1987 met een eigen locatie in Australi\u00eb vertegenwoordigd en breidde slechts een jaar later zijn aanwezigheid uit met aanvankelijk een andere vestiging in Nieuw-Zeeland. Tegenwoordig heeft de logistiek dienstverlener in Australi\u00eb en Nieuw-Zeeland in de grote metropolen Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth en Darwin, evenals Auckland en Christchurch in totaal zeven locaties en biedt het uitgebreide full-service logistieke oplossingen langs de gehele supply chain. Met deze sterke aanwezigheid in de groeiende Azi\u00eb-Pacific regio onderstreept Hellmann zijn rol als internationale logistieke partner voor op maat gemaakte, digitale en duurzame supply chain-oplossingen. Ook de nieuwe locatie in de regio Melbourne voegt zich bij dit aanbod en biedt flexibele en schaalbare logistieke oplossingen voor klanten uit verschillende sectoren, waaronder de auto-industrie, gezondheidszorg en medicijnen, voedsel en dranken, evenals andere consumptiegoederen.<\/p>\n

Met een oppervlakte van ongeveer 19.000 m\u00b2, 18.000 palletplaatsen en moderne opslag- en voorraadbeheersystemen biedt de locatie ideale voorwaarden voor effici\u00ebnte logistieke processen. Ook met het oog op duurzaamheid zet Hellmann met de nieuwe locatie een duidelijk signaal: de faciliteit streeft naar een 5-sterren Green Star As-Built certificering. Tot de uitrusting behoren een 200 kW zonne-energiesysteem, 30.000 liter regenwatertanks en tien oplaadstations voor elektrische voertuigen \u2013 maatregelen die de ecologische betrokkenheid van het bedrijf onderstrepen.<\/p>\n
