De MBS Logistics AG, de Zwitserse vestiging van de internationale MBS Logistics Group met hoofdkantoor in Keulen, heeft vandaag de overname van de Gerhard Wegm\u00fcller GmbH, gevestigd in Z\u00fcrich, aangekondigd. De overnameovereenkomst is met terugwerkende kracht van kracht vanaf 1 januari 2025. <\/strong>Met deze strategische acquisitie breidt MBS Logistics AG haar dienstenportfolio in Zwitserland en internationaal uit.<\/h5>\n

(Z\u00fcrich) De Gerhard Wegm\u00fcller GmbH is een gevestigd bedrijf dat zich richt op gespecialiseerde logistieke oplossingen in de lucht- en ruimtevaart (Aviation & Aerospace), farmaceutica, medische technologie en complexe speciale transporten. Een bijzondere focus ligt op de tijdkritische onderdelenlogistiek voor vliegtuigen (Aircraft on Ground \/ AOG) en de 24\/7 noodlogistiek.<\/p>\n

Met de integratie van de Gerhard Wegm\u00fcller GmbH in het internationale netwerk van de MBS Logistics Group profiteren klanten van een uitgebreid serviceaanbod dat gespecialiseerde logistieke oplossingen met wereldwijde reikwijdte combineert. Al vandaag is de MBS Group actief in de noodlogistiek onder het merk Anytime op locaties in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Keulen, Hongkong en Singapore. Door de combinatie van de sterke punten van beide bedrijven en het internationale netwerk ontstaan synergie\u00ebn die niet alleen het serviceniveau verhogen, maar ook de reactietijd op wereldmarkten verder verbeteren \u2013 zelfs bij veeleisende en tijdkritische transportvereisten.<\/p>\n

De Gerhard Wegm\u00fcller GmbH zal blijven opereren als een zelfstandig bedrijf onder haar gevestigde naam. Maria Wegm\u00fcller, sinds 2023 aandeelhouder en directeur, blijft op lange termijn in haar functie als directeur en werkt nauw samen met Fabian Heil, directeur van MBS Logistics AG Zwitserland. Beide bedrijven zetten in op continu\u00efteit voor klanten en medewerkers en streven ernaar hun bestaande expertise gezamenlijk verder te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n

Met deze overname zet de MBS Logistics Group haar strategie van gerichte expansie en versterking van gespecialiseerde bedrijfsgebieden consequent voort en bouwt zij voort op de in juni 2023 opgerichte locatie Z\u00fcrich.
