In april 2024 werd bij Euroscan Parts & Services GmbH een uitgebreide validatie van de kalibratieprocessen voor stekkerprobes uitgevoerd. De controle werd uitgevoerd door het EIPL European Institute for Pharma Logistics e.K. De maatregel vond plaats in overeenstemming met de vereisten van de DIN EN ISO 13485, het WHO Technical Report No. 96, 2011 Bijlage 9 (Hoofdstuk 4.10.1 en 6.5.2) en de EU GDP-richtlijnen.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Kiefersfelden\/M\u00e4genwil) Het doel van de validatie was om te waarborgen dat de kalibratieprocedures voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten en hoogprecisie, reproduceerbare resultaten opleveren. In het kader van het validatieproces werden alle relevante stappen gecontroleerd - waaronder kalibratieprocedures, documentatie, opleidingsniveau van het personeel en ge\u00efntegreerde kwaliteitscontroles. De resultaten bevestigden de consistentie en betrouwbaarheid van de toegepaste processen.<\/p>\n

De succesvolle validatie benadrukt het vermogen van Euroscan Parts & Services om nauwkeurige kalibratiediensten aan te bieden die voldoen aan de hoge eisen in de medische technologie, farmaceutische en voedingssector. Het gebruikte kalibratiesysteem kenmerkt zich door hoge effici\u00ebntie en betrouwbaarheid. Het stelt snelle en consistente kalibratieresultaten mogelijk met tegelijkertijd verkorte doorlooptijden in vergelijking met traditionele methoden.<\/p>\n

Een ander voordeel ligt in de duurzaamheid van het systeem: door onnodige bedrijfstijden van koelaggregaten te vermijden, wordt het energieverbruik aanzienlijk verminderd. Dit draagt bij aan de verlaging van de bedrijfskosten en ondersteunt tegelijkertijd milieuvriendelijke processen. Bovendien vervallen stilstandtijden van voertuigvloten, waardoor de productiviteit toeneemt. Het systeem biedt daarmee een economische en toekomstgerichte oplossing voor bedrijven met hoge eisen aan nauwkeurige kalibratie in gevoelige gebieden.<\/p>\n
