De verder ontwikkelde ecoCHAMP LTO biedt met een eigen gewicht vanaf 4,7 ton een nog hogere laadcapaciteit, zonder de aandrijfas van de trekker te overbelasten.<\/h5>\n<p>(Radveld) Dankzij de verkorte wielbasis worden de aslasten optimaal verdeeld, waardoor de trailer ook perfect geschikt is voor gebruik met elektrische trekkers. Door de hogere laadcapaciteit kunnen tot 10 procent van de ritten worden bespaard, wat kosten en CO\u2082-emissies vermindert.<\/p>\n<p>Een hoge belastbaarheid bij een laag eigen gewicht is essentieel voor duurzame en economische transportoplossingen. Lichtgewicht trailers zoals de ecoCHAMP LTO maken door geoptimaliseerde laadverdeling een hogere belading mogelijk, waardoor minder ritten nodig zijn. Dit bespaart brandstof, vermindert slijtage en minimaliseert CO\u2082-emissies.<\/p>\n<p>De ecoCHAMP LTO maakt gebruik van een speciale lichtgewicht constructie met de Reuleaux-driehoektechnologie, die het mogelijk maakt om het materiaal in de langdrager maximaal te verminderen, zonder de sterkte of stabiliteit in gevaar te brengen. Hierdoor wordt het eigen gewicht van de trailer met 1,5 ton verlaagd en de economische effici\u00ebntie verder verhoogd.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1577\">Geoptimaliseerd voor hoge laadcapaciteiten en elektrische trekkers<\/h5>\n<p>Bij het gebruik van zwaardere elektrische trekkers wordt de aandrijfas vaak zwaar belast. Om dit probleem op te lossen, zijn de drie assen van de ecoCHAMP LTO opnieuw gepositioneerd en is de wielbasis verkort. Dit zorgt voor een gelijkmatige lastverdeling en maakt het mogelijk om zware ladingen \u2013 zoals dranken of hout \u2013 effici\u00ebnt te transporteren, zonder de aandrijfas te overbelasten.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2029\">POWER CURTAIN voor snelle laad- en losprocessen<\/h5>\n<p>Optioneel kan de POWER CURTAIN opbouw van Schmitz Cargobull worden ge\u00efntegreerd. Deze maakt geen gebruik van opzetlatten en bereikt door verticale en horizontale versterkingen een hoge structurele sterkte volgens DIN EN 12642 Code XL. Daarnaast zorgt een diefstalbeveiligingsdoek voor meer veiligheid. Dankzij deze constructie kunnen laad- en losprocessen aanzienlijk worden verkort, wat de transporteffici\u00ebntie verder verhoogt.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2521\">Beschikbaarheid &amp; telematica voor meer transparantie<\/h5>\n<p>Sinds begin 2024 zijn de BERGERecotrail\u00ae lichtgewicht opleggers verkrijgbaar via het Schmitz Cargobull distributienetwerk. Klanten profiteren niet alleen van een uitgebreide beschikbaarheid van reserveonderdelen, maar ook van aanvullende diensten zoals financiering en verzekering.<\/p>\n<p>Tot de standaarduitrusting behoort bovendien de TrailerConnect\u00ae telematica, die in real-time gegevens levert over de voertuigstatus, bandenspanning en locatie.
