De oprichting vond met terugwerkende kracht plaats op 1 januari 2025, met een feestelijke ceremonie tijdens het PIF-forum op 12 februari 2025 in Riyad.<\/p>\n<p>Het joint venture onderstreept het strategische belang van de MOSOLF Groep op de internationale autologistiekmarkt. Met de uitbreiding van de havenactiviteiten en de opbouw van een ultramoderne achterlandlogistiek in Saoedi-Arabi\u00eb stelt MOSOLF nieuwe normen in de sector. In de toekomst kunnen autofabrikanten en -importeurs in Saoedi-Arabi\u00eb rekenen op een totaalpakket: van de levering in de haven tot technische diensten, opslag en levering aan dealers of eindklanten. Deze diensten dekken personenauto&#8217;s, lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen en vrachtwagens. Bovendien wordt er een uitgebreide vloot van autotransporters opgebouwd om de regionale distributie te waarborgen.<\/p>\n<p>De MOSOLF Groep brengt daarbij haar uitgebreide knowhow en haar diensten die aan de hoogste normen voldoen in om een effici\u00ebnte en duurzame logistieke structuur te cre\u00ebren die zowel voldoet aan de eisen van de auto-industrie als aan de visie 2030 van de Saoedi-Arabische regering.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de uitvoering plant MOSOLF samen met de partners de ontwikkeling van strategisch gelegen logistieke centra in Jeddah, Riyad en Dammam. Deze locaties bieden een breed scala aan diensten, waaronder Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), voertuigreiniging, spuitwerk, opslag en meer. Met deze maatregelen wordt de basis gelegd voor een krachtig en duurzaam logistiek netwerk dat in de Arabische wereld onge\u00ebvenaard is.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Wilhelmshaven als internationaal knooppunt<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De internationale samenwerking biedt niet alleen nieuwe mogelijkheden in Saoedi-Arabi\u00eb, maar versterkt tegelijkertijd de locatie Wilhelmshaven. Deze wordt in samenwerking met Bahri Logistics verder ontwikkeld en gepositioneerd als centrum voor de internationale autotransport. De MPLS zal daarmee een sleutelrol spelen in de wereldwijde toeleveringsketen voor zeegebonden autotransporten en haar positie als integraal onderdeel van de MOSOLF Groep verder uitbreiden.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. J\u00f6rg Mosolf, voorzitter van de MOSOLF Groep, verklaart: \u201eMet onze ervaring uit Europa brengen we bewezen processen en innovatieve oplossingen in.
