Een nieuwe investeerdersgroep participeert in de groeiende Bremer start-up voor energiediensten en investeert ongeveer een miljoen euro. De lead-investeerder is de Buhlmann-groep, een wereldwijd opererend handelsbedrijf voor staalbuizen. Andere investeerders zijn onder anderen Tom Becker van de Bremer reon AG, Leif Lupp en Tobias Sch\u00fctt.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Bremen) \u201eWe zijn blij met de kapitaalverhoging en de interesse van onze investeerders in onze groei\u201c, zegt S\u00f6ren Eilenberger, CEO van fleXality GmbH. \u201eWe profiteren van het extra kapitaal voor de uitbreiding, evenals van het industri\u00eble netwerk en de ervaring van onze investeerders op het gebied van financiering, business development en werving. In ruil daarvoor bieden we onze investeringspartners knowhow en toegang tot het gebied van kunstmatige intelligentie in combinatie met energie-effici\u00ebntie en kostenoptimalisatie. De economische verwerving van energie uit hernieuwbare bronnen is centraal voor de duurzame ontwikkeling van de industrie. Deze ontwikkeling willen we bevorderen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Het team van fleXality, bestaande uit ingenieurs en datawetenschappers, is toonaangevend in het kosteneffici\u00ebnter maken van industri\u00eble installaties en processen, dat wil zeggen energie-flexibeler en daarmee ook klimaatvriendelijker. Door het gebruik van kunstmatige intelligentie (AI) helpt fleXality energie-intensieve bedrijven om hun elektriciteit op een kostenoptimale manier uit het net te betrekken. De truc voor de klant: het puur datagestuurde IT-systeem \u201efEnOMS\u201c (voor koelprocessen in de variant \u201efleXcool\u201c) is binnen enkele dagen installeerbaar en vereist geen extra sensoren of bouwwerkzaamheden. In de regel bespaart het fleXality-systeem meer dan 20 procent van de elektriciteitskosten voor de koelinstallatie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWe ondersteunen op de locatie Bremen heel bewust fleXality GmbH, om directe toegang te hebben tot toekomsttechnologie\u00ebn en onze klanten ook op het gebied van kunstmatige intelligentie en energieoptimalisatie meerwaarde te kunnen bieden\u201c, zegt Philipp Tengel, CFO van Buhlmann Rohr-Fittings-Stahlhandel GmbH &amp; Co. KG. De Buhlmann-groep heeft het grootste aandeel in de nieuwe financieringsronde.<\/p>\n<p>fleXality is van plan om met het verse kapitaal te investeren in de verkoopafdeling en de verdere ontwikkeling van de producten, met name in het product fleXheat<sup>TM<\/sup> voor toepassing in warmte-intensieve processen. \u201eOnze nieuwe investeerders versterken de economische basis van ons jonge bedrijf in een dynamisch groeiende markt\u201c, benadrukt fleXality-CEO Dyke Wilke.<\/p>\n<h5>Niet alleen geld, maar ook know-how<\/h5>\n<p>De investeerders helpen niet alleen met kapitaal, maar ook met know-how uit de industrie \u2013 vooral als het gaat om het opstellen van complexe contracten of technische regelgeving bij industrie- en handelsbedrijven. Ook bij werving en het omgaan met EU-privacyrichtlijnen en de toegang tot industri\u00eble klanten ondersteunt de investeerdersgroep.
