Dit blijkt uit de nieuwe \u00bbWMS MARKTREPORT KOMPAKT 2024\u00ab van het Fraunhofer Instituut voor Materiaalstroom en Logistiek IML. Het marktrapport rapporteert om de twee jaar over actuele trends en ontwikkelingen rond de WMS-markt. Dit jaar lag de focus van de enqu\u00eate op kunstmatige intelligentie.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dortmund) De onderzoekers van Fraunhofer IML konden met het WMS-marktrapport drie technologische hoofdtendensen identificeren: Predictive Analytics, Deep Learning en Digitale Beveiliging. De studie toont ook aan dat WMS-aanbieders AI het vaakst gebruiken voor personeelsbehoefteprognoses. Dit benadrukt de toenemende relevantie van de technologie voor de toewijzing van middelen. Desondanks zijn de toepassingsgebieden van AI zeer divers: de meest voorkomende benadering voor het gebruik van de technologie in WMS is generatieve AI. Naast AI richtte de studie zich dit jaar ook op cloudoplossingen. Hier is een toenemend aantal WMS-aanbieders te zien die cloudoplossingen aanbieden. Dit vormt een duidelijke toename in vergelijking met het laatste rapport van 2022.<\/p>\n<p>De grootste uitdaging op het gebied van warehouse management systemen is de voortdurende aanpassing aan het snel ontwikkelende veld. Dit lukt de gebruikers van de WMS-systemen door het gebruik van deze nieuwe technologie\u00ebn. De studie \u00bbWMS MARKTREPORT KOMPAKT 2024\u00ab observeert de markt om actuele ontwikkelingen te identificeren en transparantie te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<h5>50 uitgebreide evaluaties van de WMS-markt<\/h5>\n<p>Het om de twee jaar gepubliceerde rapport bevat meer dan 50 uitgebreide evaluaties van de WMS-markt. Het wordt uitgevoerd door het platform \u00bbwarehouse logistics\u00ab van Fraunhofer IML, een Europese vergelijkingsplatform voor logistieke IT-systemen. De onderzoekers dekken verschillende systeemgroepen, waaronder WMS, TMS (Transport Management Systemen) en RPS (Hulpmiddelenplanningssystemen). In de nabije toekomst zal ook advies over MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) beschikbaar zijn, dat momenteel in ontwikkeling is. Op het platform \u00bbwarehouse logistics\u00ab zijn momenteel 81 WMS vermeld, die deels in het WMS-marktrapport zijn opgenomen.
