Garbe Industrial Real Estate Italy (\u201eGarbe\u201c), een van de toonaangevende bedrijven op het gebied van logistiek en industri\u00eble vastgoed, breidt zijn logistieke investeringen op de Italiaanse markt verder uit. Daartoe heeft de vastgoedspecialist een bouwrijp terrein van 265.000 vierkante meter in Tortona, in de provincie Alessandria, verworven.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Hamburg\/Milaan) Op het terrein in Tortona zal een logistiek centrum worden gebouwd met een aaneengeschakelde totale oppervlakte van 102.000 vierkante meter. Het zal een van de grootste logistieke vastgoedprojecten in Noord-Itali\u00eb zijn, gelegen langs de belangrijkste verkeersas tussen Genua en Milaan.<\/p>\n

De hoofdaannemer voor het project is GSE Goldbeck, een toonaangevend Europees bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de bouw van logistieke en industri\u00eble gebouwen. De bouw zal binnenkort beginnen. In 16 maanden moet het logistieke vastgoed klaar zijn. Voor de nieuwbouw wordt de LEED-platinumcertificering nagestreefd, een van de hoogste certificeringsnormen voor bouwkwaliteit en duurzaamheid. Een dergelijke bouwwijze staat in lijn met de inzet van Garbe voor milieuvriendelijke projectontwikkelingen in Itali\u00eb. Dit blijkt bijvoorbeeld uit het Giovi Logistics Park in Silvano Pietra (Pavia) en de in aanbouw zijnde faciliteit in Covo (Bergamo), die beide ook LEED-platinum gecertificeerd zijn.<\/p>\n

Strategisch belangrijke locatie<\/h5>\n

Garbe verwerft het terrein op deze strategisch belangrijke locatie om te voldoen aan de groeiende vraag naar logistieke ruimtes in Noord-Itali\u00eb. Er is een object gepland met moderne infrastructuur en technologische innovaties op een centraal knooppunt van het Europese goederenvervoer netwerk, nabij het goederenvervoercentrum Genua.<\/p>\n

Significante ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden<\/h5>\n

Hiermee versnelt Garbe de uitbreidingsplannen in Noord-Itali\u00eb - een strategisch sleutelgebied waar we aanzienlijke ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden zien. Deze worden aangedreven door de toenemende Europese vraag naar moderne logistieke ruimtes.
