Tegelijkertijd heeft MTTE de omzet in de afgelopen drie jaar verdubbeld. Bovendien is Alexander Allgaier benoemd tot COO.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck) Met de personele uitbreiding breidt MTTE ook de bedrijfsstructuur en het management uit: de nieuw gecre\u00eberde functie van Chief Operating Officer (COO) wordt vervuld door Alexander Allgaier (41). De van oorsprong Heilbronner is sinds 2022 bij MTTE. Hij heeft aanvankelijk het verkoopgebied Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg en later andere regio&#8217;s in het zuidwesten beheerd. &#8220;We zijn zeer verheugd dat met Alexander Allgaier een competente collega uit eigen gelederen de uitdagende nieuwe COO-taak op zich neemt,&#8221; zegt MTTE-directeur Bj\u00f6rn Reckhorn. &#8220;De heer Allgaier is vanaf nu co\u00f6rdinator en schakel tussen de verschillende MTTE-afdelingen: verkoop, techniek\/ontwikkeling, orderverwerking, werkplaats\/service en after sales. Hiermee ondersteunt hij ons dynamische groeiproces op de Duitse en Europese markt.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Als joint venture van Mitsubishi en de koelaggregaat-specialist HEIFO is MTTE niet alleen de algemene importeur van de Japanse Mitsubishi-koelinstallaties, maar ook dienstverlener voor de gehele Europese markt. De groeimotor is de consequente elektrificeringsstrategie van het bedrijf, om de markt toekomstbestendige zero-emissie-oplossingen te bieden \u2013 bijvoorbeeld met de nieuwe volledig elektrische koelmachines TEK of TEJ voor de stadslogistiek en het regionale distributieverkeer.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Technische service en verkoop worden uitgebreid<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Naast het management wordt bij MTTE ook de technische service en de verkoop continu uitgebreid. Het doel is om in de verschillende regio&#8217;s met servicepartners, maar ook met eigen personeel dichter bij de klant te zijn. &#8220;Hierdoor kunnen we de actieve klantenservice intensiveren, de processen en de service op het hoofdkantoor optimaliseren en de mobiele service verder uitbreiden,&#8221; legt de nieuwe COO, Alexander Allgaier, uit.
