Op het dak van het LIP logistiek vastgoed in Reutlingen genereert de PV-installatie met een maximaal vermogen van 746,2 kilowattpiek betrouwbaar groene stroom.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00fcnchen\/Reutlingen) AvanLog Solar, een full-service ontwikkelaar van fotovolta\u00efsche installaties op daken van industrie- en logistiek vastgoed, heeft in totaal 1.820 zonnepanelen voor LIP ge\u00efnstalleerd. Met een opbrengst van 732.455 kilowattuur per jaar levert de installatie ongeveer evenveel stroom als 293 huishoudens in een jaar verbruiken. Door de milieuvriendelijke stroomopwekking kunnen bovendien ongeveer 340 ton aan klimaatveranderende CO<sub>2<\/sub>-emissies worden vermeden.<\/p>\n<p>Sinds de ingebruikname betrekt de gebruiker van het logistiek vastgoed de zonne-energie. Het transportbedrijf Brucker neemt hier een opdracht voor Bosch aan. De logistieke dienstverlener exploiteert onder andere een geautomatiseerde wasstraat en elektrische heftrucks, die dankzij een zogenaamd Power-Purchase-Agreement (PPA) direct vanaf het dak van stroom kunnen worden voorzien.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDe ge\u00efnstalleerde fotovolta\u00efsche installatie kan 40 procent van de energiebehoefte van onze huurder dekken. We zetten bij al onze PV-uitbreidingsprojecten in op deze eigenverbruikinstallaties, om onze huurders zoveel mogelijk waarde te bieden. We kunnen hen de zonne-energie tegen vaste en goedkopere voorwaarden aanbieden, terwijl de huurders tegelijkertijd netwerkkosten kunnen besparen\u201c, aldus Bodo Hollung, aandeelhouder en directeur.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Zonneprojecten op 150.000 m2 dakoppervlak<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>LIPs zusterbedrijf AvanLog Solar werd in 2021 opgericht. De full-service ontwikkelaar staat alle eigenaren van logistiek vastgoed of bedrijfsgebouwen als competente partner ter beschikking. Tot nu toe heeft AvanLog Solar acht projecten met een vermogen van 14,26 megawattpiek gerealiseerd op 150.000 vierkante meter dakoppervlak.
