Uit deze groep kwamen tien bedrijven in de finale selectie. Vijf bedrijven \u2013 Georg Fischer Piping Systems, Hilti AG, Kostal Kontakt Systeme, Weidm\u00fcller Interface en Schmitz Cargobull \u2013 bereikten de finale. Ze worden tijdens een afsluitende conferentie begin mei in Aachen ge\u00eberd voor hun best practice-oplossingen.<\/h5>\n<p>(Horstmar\/Aachen) Op 13.03.2024 bezochten 18 productie-experts uit de groep de Schmitz Cargobull fabriek voor Curtainsider in Altenberge, om persoonlijk een beeld te krijgen van de opzet en verdere ontwikkeling van het Schmitz Cargobull Operationsnetwerk. Het internationale Schmitz Cargobull productie netwerk omvat momenteel tien fabrieken in Duitsland, Litouwen, Spanje, Engeland, Turkije, Slowakije en Australi\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. G\u00fcnter Schweitzer, COO van Schmitz Cargobull, opende met een presentatie over de ontwikkeling van de operationsstrategie en de herori\u00ebntatie van de locatie-rollen in het netwerk. \u201cDeze onderscheiding is een indrukwekkende en onafhankelijke bevestiging van onze aanpak bij de internationalisering van onze productie footprint,\u201d aldus G\u00fcnter Schweitzer. \u201cOnze decentrale, near-to-market waardeketenbenadering is uniek in de trailerindustrie. We willen wereldwijd dicht bij de klant zijn, dat wil zeggen lokaal produceren, lokaal inkopen, lokale werkgever en lokale partner zijn, maar wereldwijd opereren. Dit verhoogt onze veerkracht, verbetert onze CO2-footprint en versterkt de klanttevredenheid.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De productlijnmanager voor General Cargo, Ralph Kleideiter, presenteerde het Schmitz Cargobull Operationsnetwerk voor Curtainsider. Aan de hand van de zeiltrailers legde hij de sturingsprocessen voor de vijf productielocaties uit, waarmee Schmitz Cargobull de klantgerichte levering van de Europese markten waarborgt.<\/p>\n<h5>Afbeelding van de asproductie<\/h5>\n<p>In de fabriek in Altenberge konden de deelnemers een beeld krijgen van de centrale Schmitz Cargobull asproductie en de productie van lange balken en buitenframes, waarmee het productienetwerk voor Curtainsider wordt bevoorraad. Naast de automatiseringsaspecten van de productie werden de sturingsaspecten van de netwerklogistiek verdiept. Tijdens de daaropvolgende productpresentatie lichtten de experts uit het productmanagement de technische bouwstenen van de zeiltrailers toe. Door zijn unieke modulaire opbouw en zijn eindbehandelde onderdelen maakt hij wereldwijd flexibele en betrouwbare eindassemblage mogelijk.<\/p>\n<p>In de middag sessie discussieerden Schmitz Cargobull vakexperts met de deelnemers in een \u201cWorld Caf\u00e9\u201d-opzet over locatieoverstijgende benaderingen bij de herplanning van fabrieken, gestandaardiseerde netwerkprocessen voor internationale orderverwerking en actuele structurele maatregelen voor het verhogen van de leveringszekerheid in een steeds volatieler zakelijk klimaat.<\/p>\n<h5>In de verdere netwerkontwikkeling verwerken<\/h5>\n<p>Bij de afsluitende feedback toonden de deelnemers van het benchmarkbezoek zich enthousiast over het flexibele Schmitz Cargobull netwerk. Het voorbeeldige samenspel van het strategieproces met consequente procesgerichte realisaties, gebaseerd op een sterke netwerkcultuur en motivatie van de medewerkers, werd benadrukt.
