Ideaal voor de productie- en magazijnlogistiek, kan de AGILOX OPS binnen 12 uur in gebruik worden genomen, terwijl andere AMR’s van de zwerm binnen enkele uren operationeel zijn.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Neukirchen\/Lambach) De AGILOX Omnidirectional Platform Shuttle (OPS) markeert een belangrijke mijlpaal in het productportfolio van AGILOX. De autonome mobiele robot (AMR) transporteert moeiteloos lasten tot 1.500 kg. Vier omnidirectionele aandrijvingseenheden en een slank ontwerp zorgen voor eenvoudige en veilige navigatie in smalle gangen en krappe ruimtes. Dit maakt de AGILOX OPS een optimale oplossing voor bestaande installaties. Bovendien biedt de AGILOX OPS met een maximale snelheid van tot 1,9 m\/s de hoogste effici\u00ebntie.<\/p>\n

Met flexibele lastdragers en de hoogste navigatienauwkeurigheid (+\/- 4 mm) maakt de AGILOX OPS een snelle goederenafhandeling en een effici\u00ebnte transport van station naar station mogelijk. Het innovatieve platformontwerp zorgt voor een naadloze integratie in bestaande processen en biedt maximale veiligheid in een mens-robot-omgeving.<\/p>\n

Zwermintelligentie voor maximale flexibiliteit & gebruiksvriendelijkheid<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De AGILOX X-SWARM-technologie zorgt voor een naadloze interactie van de AGILOX OPS met andere AGILOX AMR-modellen in een zwerm. Vloten kunnen eenvoudig en snel worden uitgebreid met extra robots binnen enkele uren. Alle AMR’s van een zwerm communiceren direct en wisselen meerdere keren per seconde informatie uit over hun eigen positie en huidige status. Zo verdelen ze bestellingen intelligent. Goederen worden automatisch voorbereid, vrije wegen gevonden en ze passen zich moeiteloos aan veranderingen in de omgeving aan. Bij uitval van een robot neemt de resterende AMR-z swarm de verantwoordelijkheid over en zorgt voor een veilige goederenstroom. Tekorten en doorlooptijden op transportwegen worden volledig automatisch geoptimaliseerd. Dankzij snelladen is elke AMR binnen enkele minuten weer operationeel.<\/p>\n

Veelzijdige keuze aan individuele ladingdragers<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De AGILOX OPS is bovendien veelzijdig en vindt toepassing in tal van toepassingen in de productie- en magazijnlogistiek. Vooral daar waar traditionele autonome heftrucks vanwege beperkte ruimte aan hun grenzen stuiten. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn het transport van industrieel afval direct naar de productielijn of het aanleveren van materialen aan werkstations. Bovendien biedt de OPS de mogelijkheid om lastdragers aan te passen aan individuele ladingdragers, wat de toepassingsmogelijkheden verder uitbreidt.
