De allrounder biedt daarmee een antwoord op uitdagingen zoals het toenemende tekort aan arbeidskrachten of steeds snellere assortimentswisselingen. RovoFlex is een hooggeautomatiseerde robot met een intelligent camerasysteem. In een eerste fase wordt hij in combinatie met het PickCenter ingezet en vormt hij als PickCenter RovoFlex een hybride orderpickstation. Met deze opstelling kunnen klanten soepel schakelen tussen de handmatige en automatische modus - en zo pieken in de vraag opvangen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Meer dan 1.000 picks per uur<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De TGW-nieuwigheid pakt uitdagingen aan zoals het tekort aan arbeidskrachten of steeds snellere assortimentswisselingen. Ook veeleisende goederen zoals diepvriesproducten of scherpe voorwerpen vormen geen probleem bij de handling. RovoFlex cre\u00ebert met constante prestaties en precisie een doorvoer van meer dan 1.000 artikelen per uur: ongeacht of het gaat om levensmiddelen, modeartikelen of industri\u00eble en consumptiegoederen. Bij een tweeploegendienst is de return on investment al na ongeveer twee\u00ebnhalf jaar bereikt. RovoFlex kan echter niet alleen in combinatie met het PickCenter worden ingezet, maar ook met andere werkplekken (1:4, 2:6, &#8230;). Processen zoals sorteren, consolideren of isoleren worden daarmee effici\u00ebnt geautomatiseerd.
