Ferag, een toonaangevende aanbieder van logistieke oplossingen, heeft de opdracht gekregen voor de implementatie van hun innovatieve ferag.skyfall tas sorter in het Operations Center van Digitec Galaxus in Wohlen. Als grootste Zwitserse online retailer biedt Digitec Galaxus met ongeveer zeven miljoen producten bijna alles voor bijna iedereen in het assortiment. Het Operations Center in Wohlen wordt nu uitgerust met de unieke tas sorter ferag.skyfall. De nieuwe oplossing markeert een belangrijke stap voor het bedrijf om in de nabije toekomst een verhoogd orderpickvolume te waarborgen.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Hinwil\/Z\u00fcrich) Een eerste contactmoment in 2022 door het projectteam van Digitec Galaxus tijdens de vakbeurs LogiMAT luidde de nieuwe samenwerking tussen de Zwitserse online retailer en de intralogistiek-specialist in. “Super Booster”, zo werd het project genoemd in verband met de aanzienlijke prestatieverbetering die het voor Digitec Galaxus betekent, werd over een periode van 1,5 jaar in nauwe samenwerking ontwikkeld. Het toont op indrukwekkende wijze de succesvolle samenwerking tussen Ferag en Digitec Galaxus aan. De oplossing heeft het in zich: Het transporteren, bufferen, sorteren en orderpicken zijn allemaal functies die Digitec Galaxus in de toekomst met de hoogste doorvoer dankzij ferag.skyfall zal uitvoeren. Minstens 1,3 miljoen pakketten zullen vanaf 2025 maandelijks het magazijn verlaten.<\/p>\n

De expertise van Ferag en de duidelijke richtlijnen van Digitec Galaxus vormden de basis voor deze baanbrekende stap. De integratie van de ferag.skyfall tas sorter in de bestaande, complexe materiaalstroomsystemen in Wohlen vormde een aanzienlijke uitdaging, die door beide partijen met uitgebreide vakkennis werd overwonnen.<\/p>\n

Belangrijk signaal voor het economische landschap<\/h5>\n
