Het innovatieve project is in samenwerking met Swisslog ontwikkeld en omvat onder andere de automatisering van het magazijn met behulp van een <\/strong><strong>AutoStore-systeem<\/strong><strong>. In het HSC rollen containers met pindakaas en tandpastatubes automatisch over een geavanceerd, geautomatiseerd railsysteem en komen uiteindelijk terecht in de in Nederland welbekende blauwe boodschappendozen, die bij de klanten thuis worden bezorgd. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Buchs\/Edegem) Marit van Egmond, CEO van Albert Heijn: \u201eAls de grootste e-commerce aanbieder in de supermarktsector in het land, zet Albert Heijn in op innovatie, groei en duurzaamheid. We zijn daarom voortdurend op zoek naar nieuwe technologie\u00ebn die ons in staat stellen om nog slimmer en effici\u00ebnter te werken. Ik ben trots op de nieuwe stap die we nu in ons HSC in Barendrecht zetten. Hiermee cre\u00ebren we een nieuwe mogelijkheid om te groeien in de e-commerce en houden we tegelijkertijd rekening met de gespannen arbeidsmarkt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Voor de automatische vulling van de voedselboxen maakt Albert Heijn gebruik van een geautomatiseerd systeem met robots en containers, dat in staat is om bederfelijke goederen snel bij elkaar te verzamelen. Het innovatieve project omvat ook de oprichting van een geautomatiseerd fulfillmentcentrum, van waaruit direct aan huis wordt geleverd. Het HSC-project omvat verschillende processen, waaronder boeken, opslaan, sorteren en laden met het QuickMove transportsysteem, de integratie van de SynQ-software en de implementatie van AutoStore, een robotgestuurd opslag- en orderpickingssysteem.<\/p>\n<h5>300 robots met 45.000 containers<\/h5>\n<p>Binnenkort zullen ongeveer 300 robots met in totaal 45.000 containers door het nieuwe HSC razen om de door klanten bestelde levensmiddelen in te zamelen. Dit vergemakkelijkt het werk van de medewerkers. In het nieuwe HSC werken mens en techniek hand in hand. De medewerkers voltooien de bestellingen, bijvoorbeeld door het toevoegen van verse producten. Albert Heijn heeft samengewerkt met Swisslog voor de realisatie van dit automatiseringsproject. Ook na de implementatie blijft Swisslog betrokken en biedt ondersteuning en optimalisatie door technische ondersteuning. Dit wordt gegarandeerd door een toegewijd team van Swisslog ter plaatse, dat eventuele storingen detecteert, gegevens analyseert en processen indien nodig verbetert.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Gebouw wordt volledig gasvrij ge\u00ebxploiteerd<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Het nieuwe HSC is niet alleen innovatief, maar ook duurzaam. Zoals alle andere Home-Shop- en distributiecentra van Albert Heijn, zal het volledig gasvrij ge\u00ebxploiteerde gebouw vanwege verschillende duurzame energieoplossingen een BREEAM-certificering ontvangen. Dit omvat het gebruik van 5.400 zonnepanelen, een energiezuinige koelruimte, energiezuinige LED-verlichting en een warmtepomp voor de klimaatbeheersing van de kantoren. En met 63 laadstations is het nieuwe HSC klaar voor de overstap naar elektrisch rijden.<\/p>\n<h5>Magazijn in Zwolle wordt ook geautomatiseerd<\/h5>\n<p>Het HSC in Barendrecht zal binnenkort beginnen met deze innovatieve afhandeling van klantbestellingen. Ondertussen zijn de werkzaamheden aan het volgende geautomatiseerde HSC al begonnen.
