De PASS Consulting Group verwelkomt ParkDepot GmbH uit M\u00fcnchen als nieuwe klant voor hun touroptimalisatieoplossing PLANTOUR. De specialist in digitale parkeerbewaking in Duitsland co\u00f6rdineert met de software sinds kort bijvoorbeeld opdrachten en plant de laatste mijl kosteneffici\u00ebnter. Een messenger-applicatie van de PASS-partner ZEKJU sluit bovendien de kloof tussen de planner en de chauffeur bij het verstrekken van route- en tourgegevens.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(W\u00fcrzburg\/M\u00fcnchen) De softwaretoepassing van PASS Logistics Solutions AG (PLS) ondersteunt ParkDepot vooral bij de toewijzing van tours voor de serviceteams. Tegelijkertijd optimaliseert het KI-algoritme PASS Optimization Service (POS) op de achtergrond de bezettingsgraad van de voertuigvloot en de kosten.<\/p>\n

\u201eWat ons aanspreekt naast de betrokkenheid die PASS in de samenwerking toont, is vooral de flexibiliteit en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van de oplossing\u201d, zegt Han V\u00f6lker, Founders Associate bij ParkDepot GmbH, die het selectieproces tussen verschillende aanbieders vanaf het begin heeft begeleid. \u201eDe applicatie groeit flexibel mee met onze eisen en be\u00efnvloedt het resultaat met veel instelmogelijkheden. De betrokkenheid van de chauffeur in het totale proces en de hybride aanpak met altijd actuele gegevens, inclusief KI, hebben ons overtuigd.\u201d<\/p>\n

Duurzamere en effici\u00ebntere bezetting van de voertuigvloot<\/strong><\/h5>\n

D<\/strong>e beslissing voor PLANTOUR was voor ParkDepot een strategische: Door het gebruik moeten besparingen op de logistiek- en servicekosten, evenals in de afhandeling van montage- en servicetours worden bereikt - in de eerste plaats door het verminderen van rijtijden en afstanden. Ook streeft de aanbieder naar een duurzamere en effici\u00ebntere bezetting van de ingezette voertuigen (Co2-<\/sub>reductie) en een verbeterde servicekwaliteit naar de klant voor volledig geautomatiseerde parkeerbewaking.<\/p>\n

De applicatie wordt door ParkDepot gebruikt als software-as-a-service (SaaS) en hybride opgezet: Dit betekent dat klantgegevens DSGVO-conform in de eigen IT-omgeving op een virtuele server lopen. Daarentegen komen alle geo-gebaseerde live-diensten (bijv. files & bouwplaatsen), het kaartmateriaal en het optimalisatie-algoritme rechtstreeks uit de PASS Cloud. De gegevens worden daarbij rechtszeker gehost in eigen datacentra in Duitsland.<\/p>\n

Messenger-applicatie voor planner en chauffeur<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Een ander voordeel is de samenwerking met de PLS-partner ZEKJU. De messenger-applicatie verbindt PLANTOUR op de eenvoudigste manier met het servicevoertuig en speelt de resultaten ook weer live terug in de dispo-monitor van de tourplanningsoplossing. Hiervoor is geen aparte app nodig, maar worden messenger-diensten zoals WhatsApp of Telegram gebruikt. Een echte gamechanger in de samenwerking tussen chauffeur en planner.<\/p>\n
