Aan het einde van 2023 zal de huidige dochteronderneming neska volledig overgaan naar de bedrijfssector HGK Logistics and Intermodal. Dit werd bekendgemaakt tijdens de oprichtingsbijeenkomst van de HGK Intermodal GmbH, waarin de intermodale containeractiviteiten van de HGK-groep zijn gebundeld.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(K\u00f6ln) &#8220;Tot nu toe opereerden de zelfstandige vestigingen en bedrijven binnen neska autonoom op de markt. Nu worden de activiteiten georganiseerd in drie business units: Intermodal, Logistics en Transportation,&#8221; legt Markus Kr\u00e4mer, CEO van HGK Logistics and Intermodal, de achtergronden uit. Voor de intermodale sector ziet hij een sterkere samenwerking van de terminals aan de Rijn en de Ruhr voor zich: &#8220;Met de HGK Intermodal GmbH versterken we onze activiteiten in de containerlogistiek. Zo zorgen we voor moderne en betrouwbare diensten in de regio, wat ten goede komt aan de industrie en de handel, evenals miljoenen huishoudens. Het is een samensmelting waarbij we samen groeien.&#8221; Samen met Michaela Przybylla leidt de 36-jarige in persoonlijke unie de HGK Intermodal GmbH. Tot deze behoren onder andere de trimodale terminals in Duisburg, Krefeld, D\u00fcsseldorf en K\u00f6ln.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Bundeling van processen en structuren<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tijdens de bijeenkomst in het K\u00f6lner Chocolademuseum waren talrijke vertegenwoordigers uit politiek, industrie en logistiek aanwezig. &#8220;De herstructurering van de sector met de eenheden Intermodal, Logistics en Transportation is een verdere stap in de ontwikkeling van de HGK tot een ge\u00efntegreerde logistieke groep. We bundelen de processen om onze klanten eenvoudigere structuren te kunnen aanbieden,&#8221; aldus Uwe Wedig, CEO van de moedermaatschappij Havens en Goederenvervoer K\u00f6ln AG. In ingespeelde videoboodschappen verzekerden NRW-verkeersminister Oliver Krischer (Groenen) en de K\u00f6lner burgemeester Henriette Reker (partijloos) hun steun.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Achtergronden en strategische richting<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In een interview met presentatrice Gesa Eberl gaf Markus Kr\u00e4mer uitleg over de achtergronden en strategische richting van de nieuwe eenheid. In de daaropvolgende paneldiscussie besprak hij met Andreas Feicht, directeur van Stadtwerke K\u00f6ln GmbH, Achim Boner, directeur van Thyssen Krupp Materials Trading, Marc-Oliver Nandy, directeur Global Supply Chain van Mercedes Benz, en Dr. Jan Zeese, CAO HGK Logistics &amp; Intermodal, het belang van goed functionerende toeleveringsketens voor de bedrijven. Alleen wie in staat is om de huidige eisen te begrijpen en toeleveringsketens verder te ontwikkelen, is succesvol en toekomstbestendig, waren de deelnemers het eens. Dit cre\u00ebert niet alleen positieve effecten voor de bedrijven, maar ook voor de hele samenleving: Elke liter diesel die door effectieve planning minder wordt verbruikt, bespaart geld en beschermt het milieu. De vertegenwoordigers van de economie benadrukten dat ze afhankelijk zijn van sterke en betrouwbare verbindingen met de logistiek: &#8220;Competente partners geven de klanten zekerheid.&#8221; Een stilstand in de fabriek door leveringsproblemen kan uiteindelijk leiden tot miljoenenverliezen. En het maakt niet uit of de keten &#8220;op weg naar Siegen of Sydney&#8221; breekt. Des te belangrijker is het om regionaal, nationaal en internationaal betrouwbaar gepositioneerd te zijn. &#8220;Logistiek kent geen stadsgrenzen,&#8221; vatte Markus Kr\u00e4mer tot slot samen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Wijdverspreide angst voor het nieuwe is geen fenomeen van de moderne tijd<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Vervolgens betrad Carina St\u00f6ttner, toekomstonderzoekster en medeoprichtster van de business thinktank &#8220;Themis Foresight&#8221;, het podium. De sociologe en mediawetenschapper nam het publiek mee op een korte reis van het verleden naar de toekomst. Haar credo is: &#8220;De toekomst is vormbaar. De vraag is alleen wat we ervan maken!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>De wijdverspreide angst voor het nieuwe is daarbij geen fenomeen van de moderne tijd - al bij de uitvinding van de spoorweg waren er waarschuwingen voor gezondheidsrisico&#8217;s die passagiers bij het gebruik moesten ondergaan. Een soortgelijk fenomeen doet zich vandaag voor bij de blik op kunstmatige intelligentie: deze biedt veel meer kansen dan risico&#8217;s, mits de basis voor het gebruik van de technologie\u00ebn tijdig goed wordt vormgegeven.<\/p>\n<p>Markus Kr\u00e4mer nam deze bal graag op. &#8220;Ik heb veel zin in de logistiek van de toekomst,&#8221; verklaarde hij, voordat hij de gasten uitnodigde om de rest van de avond te gebruiken voor intensief netwerken.<\/p>\n<p>Foto: \u00a9 HGK L&amp;I\/O.
