Ruim vijf weken lang testten proefingenieurs de E-vrachtwagen bij hoge temperaturen tot 44 graden Celsius in Andalusi\u00eb, Zuid-Spanje. De reikwijdte van de proeven varieerde van de functionaliteit van de airconditioning bij grote hitte tot de prestaties van de E-aandrijflijn en het batterijthermomanagement, evenals metingen tijdens laadprocessen aan snelladers.<\/h5>\n<p>(Leinfelden-Echterdingen\/Granada) Na afloop van de tests voltooide een prototype op eigen as de meer dan 2.000 kilometer lange route van Granada via Valencia, Barcelona, Montpellier en Lyon terug naar het ontwikkelings- en testcentrum van Mercedes-Benz Trucks in W\u00f6rth am Rhein. Op 10 oktober viert de eActros 600 zijn wereldpremi\u00e8re. In 2024 moet het voertuig klaar zijn voor serieproductie.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Konrad G\u00f6tz, plaatsvervangend hoofd van Global Testing Mercedes-Benz Trucks: \u201eWe hebben de eActros 600 sinds vorig jaar rigoureuze testprocedures onderworpen. Na de winterproeven in het voorjaar in Finland bij ijzige kou tot min 25 graden en eerste tests op openbare wegen, moest de E-vrachtwagen zich nu bij meer dan 40 graden in Spanje bewijzen. De eActros 600 heeft de uitdagende proeven met vlag en wimpel doorstaan. Nu kijken we uit naar de volgende stap: de tests in de praktijk bij onze klanten.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5>Een nieuwe ontwerptaal<\/h5>\n<p>Een nieuwe ontwerptaal van de bestuurderscabine van de eActros 600 breekt met de bekende uitstraling van de Actros-serie, pakt designelementen van de op de IAA gepresenteerde conceptprototype op en voert deze verder met duidelijke lijnen en een aerodynamische vormgeving. Ook het interieur krijgt vernieuwingen.<\/p>\n<p>Drie batterijpakketten leveren de eActros 600 in de serie een ge\u00efnstalleerde totale capaciteit van meer dan 600 kWh en twee elektromotoren als onderdeel van de nieuwe E-as genereren een continu vermogen van 400 kW en een piekvermogen van meer dan 600 kW. De hoge batterijcapaciteit moet een actieradius van 500 kilometer zonder tussentijds opladen mogelijk maken. Naast de trekker produceert Mercedes-Benz Trucks vanaf de marktintroductie ook chassisvarianten van de eActros 600. Dit biedt klanten tal van andere toepassingsmogelijkheden in volledig elektrisch transport. De ontwikkelingsingenieurs van Mercedes-Benz Trucks ontwerpen de eActros 600 voor dezelfde eisen aan de duurzaamheid van voertuig en componenten als een vergelijkbare conventionele zware langeafstand-Actros. Dit betekent 1,2 miljoen kilometer loopafstand in tien bedrijfsjaren.<\/p>\n<h5>Een totaaloplossing voor transport aanbieden<\/h5>\n<p>In de eActros 600 komen batterijen met lithium-ijzerfosfaatceltechnologie (LFP) in gebruik. Deze kenmerken zich vooral door een lange levensduur en meer bruikbare energie. De batterijen van de eActros 600 moeten in de serie aan een laadpaal met ongeveer \u00e9\u00e9n megawatt vermogen binnen 30 minuten van 20 naar 80 procent kunnen opladen. De kern van het concept van Mercedes-Benz Trucks voor batterij-elektrisch langeafstandstransport is om klanten een totaaloplossing voor transport te bieden, bestaande uit voertuigtechnologie, advies, laadinfrastructuur en diensten.
