Panattoni, als toonaangevende ontwikkelaar van industrie- en logistiek vastgoed in Europa, zal de nieuwbouw op een oppervlakte van ongeveer 42.700 m\u00b2 in het nieuwe bedrijventerrein Bornheim-Hersel realiseren. Het terrein van een voormalige grindgroeve is opgehoogd en krijgt nu een nieuwe bestemming. De oppervlakte ligt direct aan de snelwegtoegang “Bornheim” aan de A555.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Hamburg\/Bornheim) Met het industrie- en logistiek vastgoed ontwikkelt Panattoni duurzame ruimtes voor een breed gebruikersmix. Na de oplevering zullen er ongeveer 26.000 m\u00b2 totale verhuurbare oppervlakte beschikbaar zijn, met 1.800 m\u00b2 kantoor- en sociale ruimte en 1.900 m\u00b2 mezzanine-oppervlakte, verdeeld over vier units. Deze zijn flexibel te splitsen en bieden elk ruimtes tussen 3.000 en 6.000 m\u00b2. Daarmee zijn ze geschikt voor verschillende commerci\u00eble toepassingen.<\/p>\n

In het kader van de ontwikkeling streeft Panattoni naar certificering volgens de DGNB-gouden standaard en voert het uitgebreide duurzaamheidsmaatregelen uit. Zo wordt er op het dak een zonnepaneleninstallatie aangelegd en wordt regenwater verzameld voor hergebruik. Verder is er voor de sprinklercentrale en voor de fietsen- en rookruimtes een groene daktuin voorzien. Niet in de laatste plaats legt de ontwikkelaar een belangrijke nadruk op de inrichting van de buitenruimtes, onder andere door een locatiegerichte beplanting en aantrekkelijke recreatiegebieden voor de medewerkers.<\/p>\n

Joachim Strau\u00df, directeur van de economische ontwikkelingsmaatschappij mbH Bornheim, zegt het volgende over de nieuwbouw: “Bornheim ligt midden in de dynamische economische regio Keulen\/Bonn. Veel bedrijven waarderen onze zeer goede locatie - naast verschillende snelwegverbindingen is er aansluiting op het spoorwegnet, bovendien zijn de luchthavens Keulen\/Bonn en de Rijn niet ver weg. We verwelkomen het dat Panattoni tegemoetkomt aan de grote vraag naar duurzame ruimtes. We zijn vooral blij met de overweging van een passend mobiliteitsconcept voor toekomstige gebruikers, zodat de openbare weg ontlast wordt.” <\/p>\n

Oplevering in het derde kwartaal van 2023<\/strong><\/h5>\n

“Na een meerjarige projectontwikkeling starten we eind dit jaar met de bouw van een Panattoni Park op de uitstekende locatie Bornheim. Onze dank gaat uit naar de stad Bornheim en de economische ontwikkeling, evenals naar alle andere projectdeelnemers die deze vestiging mogelijk maken,” zegt Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner voor Panattoni Duitsland en Oostenrijk. De bouwwerkzaamheden beginnen in het vierde kwartaal van 2023. Panattoni voorziet de oplevering voor het derde kwartaal van 2024.<\/p>\n
