De trimodale terminallocaties van de HGK-groep aan de Rijn en de Roer opereerden tot nu toe als een samenwerkingsverband van afzonderlijke bedrijven op de markt. Nu sluit de eerdere terminalalliantie van RRT, KCT en CTS zich nog nauwer samen onder \u00e9\u00e9n dak als &#8220;HGK Intermodal GmbH&#8221;.<\/h5>\n<p>(K\u00f6ln\/Duisburg) &#8220;Met de oprichting van HGK Intermodal GmbH positioneren we ons stabiel voor de toekomst. In het belang van onze klanten en met het oog op de markteisen zullen we gezamenlijk ons dienstenaanbod verder ontwikkelen en daarvoor onze krachten bundelen. Feit is: het gevestigde serviceniveau blijft op alle terminallocaties ten minste behouden of wordt zelfs verhoogd. Ook de bekende operationele contactpersonen blijven ongewijzigd,&#8221; legt Markus Kr\u00e4mer, CEO van HGK Logistics and Intermodal, de motieven achter de verandering uit.<\/p>\n<p>Tot nu toe is de &#8220;neska Schiffahrts- und Speditionskontor GmbH&#8221;, een honderd procent dochteronderneming van HGK AG, betrokken bij de containerterminals aan de Rijn en de Roer. In het kader van juridische veranderingen zullen de drie voorheen zelfstandige GmbH-bedrijven nu gezamenlijk optreden. De Rhein-Ruhr Terminal in Duisburg (RRT) en de terminal in Krefeld (KCT) gaan over naar HGK Intermodal GmbH. De eerdere aandelen van HGK AG en neska GmbH in de CTS-terminal in Keulen (totaal 77,5 procent), die ook betrokken is bij de DCH D\u00fcsseldorfer Container-Hafen GmbH, worden eveneens door de nieuwe onderneming beheerd, die op 1 augustus 2023 operationeel start.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We hebben voorafgaand aan deze verandering met veel van onze klanten gesprekken gevoerd over welke structuren zij nodig hebben om hun bedrijfsactiviteiten optimaal te ondersteunen. Deze feedback kwam grotendeels overeen met onze eigen overpeinzingen en heeft ons gesterkt in de overtuiging dat we de toekomst als HGK Intermodal GmbH succesvol zullen vormgeven,&#8221; aldus Markus Kr\u00e4mer. En verder: &#8220;Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat we op deze weg ook nieuwe marktpotentieel kunnen ontsluiten.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>HGK Intermodal GmbH verbindt met regelmatige trein- en scheepverbindingen milieuvriendelijk de terminals aan de Rijn en de Roer met de Europese zeehavens Antwerpen, Rotterdam, Bremerhaven en Hamburg.
