Ecologische, economische en sociale duurzaamheid zijn centrale factoren van toekomstgerichte intralogistiek. Milieu-bewust handelen is voor TGW een integraal onderdeel van de bedrijfsverantwoordelijkheid. De energiebesparende initiatieven bij systemen, modules en producten zijn door de toonaangevende intralogistiek-specialist gebundeld in de TGW Smart Energy Strategy.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Marchtrenk) Het zorgvuldige omgaan met hulpbronnen is niet alleen een teken van bedrijfsverantwoordelijkheid, maar brengt ook concrete economische voordelen met zich mee - vooral in tijden van hoge grondstofprijzen.<\/p>\n

Software past prestaties aan indien nodig<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Intralogistieke systemen zijn ontworpen voor maximale doorvoer en capaciteit. Wanneer door belasting of orderstructuur tijdelijk niet de volle capaciteit nodig is, kan de prestaties van transporttechniek, opslagapparatuur, shuttles of sorteermachines individueel worden aangepast. Een snelheidsreductie van 1,2 m\/s naar 0,8 m\/s zorgt bijvoorbeeld voor een 15 procent lager energieverbruik bij de KingDrive\u00ae-transporttechniek. Dankzij deze Smart-Kinematics-functie kan ook de mechanische slijtage worden verminderd.<\/p>\n

Het automatisch uitschakelen van delen van installaties of complete systemen, samen met een gecontroleerde herstart, biedt ook een groot besparingspotentieel. Exploitanten profiteren van de combinatie van al deze maatregelen van lage operationele kosten gedurende de levensduur van een fulfillment center - de zogenaamde Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).<\/p>\n

“Als bedrijf met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in intralogistiek is het bewuste omgaan met hulpbronnen een centrale leidraad voor TGW - zowel bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe systemen, modules en producten als bij hun herziening. Voor een groeiend aantal van onze klanten is energie-effici\u00ebntie ook een belangrijk criterium,” benadrukt Thomas Gruber-Blanka, Director Product Management bij TGW. “In ons portfolio worden standaard energie-effici\u00ebnte componenten zoals IE3-aandrijvingen of borstelloze gelijkstroommotoren met tandwielvrije rollen gebruikt.”<\/p>\n

Bespaarpotentieel van tot 17 procent<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De KingDrive\u00ae-transporttechniek voor dozen, containers, trays en polybags, vernoemd naar TGW-medeoprichter Heinz K\u00f6nig, maakt gebruik van tandwielvrije, onderhoudsvrije motorrollen en een ge\u00efntegreerde 48 Volt-stroomvoorziening. De innovatieve technologie benut de remenergie van een rol om andere in het systeem aan te drijven. De energie blijft dus in het systeem en wordt direct ter plaatse hergebruikt. KingDrive\u00ae verbruikt tot tien procent minder energie dan klassieke transporttechniek.<\/p>\n

De opslagapparatuur van de Mustang-familie beschikt naast een krachtige mechaniek ook over geavanceerde besturingssoftware en intelligente aandrijftechniek. Dankzij deze opstelling kan remenergie in de horizontale of verticale bewegingsas worden teruggewonnen en in de andere as worden gebruikt. Het totale stroomverbruik kan zo met tot 17 procent worden verminderd.<\/p>\n

Shuttle met recuperatiefunctie<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Aangezien shuttle-voertuigen bij het in- en uitlagern dagelijks honderden keren versnellen en weer vertragen, is het besparingspotentieel in dit gebied bijzonder groot. Remenergie wordt opgeslagen in supercondensatoren en kan door alle voertuigen op een niveau opnieuw worden gebruikt om te versnellen.<\/p>\n

Shuttle- en containerliften zijn bovendien standaard uitgerust met een recuperatiefunctie die niet onmiddellijk gebruikte energie terugvoedt in het elektriciteitsnet.<\/p>\n
