Sinds eind 2022 wordt het tentoonstellingsgebied aangevuld met een innovatie: het automatische orderafhandelingssysteem van AutoStore, inclusief WMS en een voor DHL gerealiseerde winkeloplossing voor de detailhandel.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00f6nchengladbach) AutoStore is nieuwe partner in de &#8220;Solution Box&#8221; in het DHL Innovatiecentrum in Troisdorf en toont samen met de wereldwijd toonaangevende logistieke onderneming een ge\u00efntegreerde opslag- en orderpickoplossing voor de detailhandel. Met deze slimme oplossing kunnen detailhandelaars hun logistieke processen naar een nieuw niveau tillen en tegelijkertijd geheel nieuwe winkelervaringen voor hun klanten cre\u00ebren. Het samen met DHL gerealiseerde toepassingsvoorbeeld omvat een online winkel voor merchandise-artikelen waar bezoekers van het innovatiewebsite producten kunnen selecteren en bestellen, en zelf kunnen orderpicken.<\/p>\n<p>Kern van de oplossing is een uiterst compacte demo-installatie van het AutoStore-systeem met 250 containers (Bins), die door twee R5-robots worden bediend, en een werkstation. Hier kan de bezoeker live volgen hoe de containers met de in de winkel per klik geselecteerde artikelen volledig automatisch door de robot worden uitgenomen en naar de CarouselPort worden vervoerd. Na het ophalen en de daaropvolgende bevestiging op het scherm wordt de container weer opgeslagen. Samen met de hardware en de controller voor de installatie heeft AutoStore voor het eerst ook een eigen Warehouse Management (WMS) oplossing geleverd en ge\u00efmplementeerd.<\/p>\n<p>In het huidige trendrapport over de &#8220;Toekomst van werk in de logistiek&#8221; schat DHL dat tot 2025 ongeveer 52% van de handmatige taken door machines zullen worden uitgevoerd. De compacte Cube Storage-oplossing van AutoStore met goederen-naar-persoon orderpicking maakt een optimale ruimtebenutting en hoge medewerkerproductiviteit mogelijk. &#8220;AutoStore als pionier van de Cube Storage Automation en DHL als vooruitdenker in de logistieke sector tonen hier een slimme totaaloplossing voor de detailhandel, die in perfecte samenwerking de inkoop- en logistieke processen verbindt. We zijn trots dat we met onze automatische opslagoplossing nu deel uitmaken van de Solution Box in het DHL Innovatiecentrum en samen met DHL hier een ge\u00efntegreerde oplossing voor de logistieke uitdagingen van vandaag en morgen kunnen tonen,&#8221; zegt Peter Bimmermann, Managing Director van AutoStore System GmbH in Duitsland en Director Business Development DACH.<\/p>\n<p>Het DHL Innovatiecentrum wordt jaarlijks door ongeveer 13.000 gasten bezocht in het kader van rondleidingen, klantenworkshops en evenementen.
