De &#8220;Peter Pan&#8221; is maandagavond na een meerweekse maiden voyage van de werf in China via verschillende tussenstops in L\u00fcbeck aangekomen en heeft aangemeerd aan de Skandinavienkai in Travem\u00fcnde. Een sleepboot verwelkomde het nieuwe schip met een mooie fontein.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(L\u00fcbeck) De &#8220;Peter Pan&#8221; behoort als Green Ship tot een nieuwe generatie veerboten. Net als haar zusterschip &#8220;Nils Holgersson&#8221; beschikt ze over een milieuvriendelijke aandrijving met vloeibaar gas (LNG) en andere &#8220;groene&#8221; technologie\u00ebn. Het hypermoderne schip is 230 meter lang en 31 meter breed. Hiermee biedt het plaats aan 4.000 laadmeters en 800 passagiers. In vergelijking met het vorige schip kan het nieuwe schip aanzienlijk meer vracht over de Oostzee vervoeren.<\/p>\n<p>Naar verwachting zal de veerboot vanaf midden februari de lijnservice tussen L\u00fcbeck en het Zweedse Trelleborg starten. Ook de &#8220;oude Peter Pan&#8221; blijft L\u00fcbeck trouw. Als &#8220;Tinker Bell&#8221; blijft ze op de gebruikelijke route varen. TT-Line biedt tot vier afvaarten per dag tussen de havens van Trelleborg en Travem\u00fcnde aan. Daarnaast maken de schepen een stop in het Litouwse Klaip\u0117da.<\/p>\n<p>Ortwin Harms, directeur van LHG, kijkt uit naar het nieuwste lid van de vloot van de rederij: &#8220;Dit is een positieve start van het jaar voor TT-Line en daarmee ook voor ons. De verhoogde capaciteit tussen Trelleborg en Travem\u00fcnde komt de hele locatie ten goede.
