De TGW Logistics Group breidt zijn robotica-competentie uit en presenteert met “Quba” een uitgebreid portfolio van mobiele robots.<\/strong> De intelligente allrounders nemen het autonome transport van containers, dozen en pallets voor hun rekening en dekken daarbij een breed scala aan taken: onder andere bij de bevoorrading van verpakkings- of retourwerkplekken en automatische palletiseer- en depalletiseerstations.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Marchtrenk) TGW bekijkt mobiele robotica vanuit een holistisch perspectief en biedt door de consequente automatisering van processen antwoorden op actuele uitdagingen zoals de steeds moeilijker wordende zoektocht naar arbeidskrachten, snel veranderend koopgedrag of de dynamische ontwikkeling van de e-commerce.<\/p>\n

De Quba-familie omvat AMR’s (Autonome Mobiele Robots) en AGV’s (Automated Guided Vehicles). Een intelligente TGW-software neemt het vlootbeheer op zich, stuurt de afzonderlijke robots aan en verbindt ze met elkaar. “Mobiele robots zijn een sleuteltechnologie voor een krachtige, flexibele en toekomstbestendige intralogistiek,” benadrukt Harald Schr\u00f6pf, Chief Executive Officer van de TGW Logistics Group. “Met de uitbreiding van het aanbod op het gebied van autonome transportsystemen biedt TGW een compleet pakket voor krachtige deur-tot-deur-oplossingen, dat ook de naadloze integratie in bestaande systemen mogelijk maakt - zowel op software- als op mechatronisch niveau.”<\/p>\n

SAFELOG en TGW sluiten strategische partnerschap<\/strong><\/h5>\n

<\/strong>Onlangs hebben SAFELOG en TGW een strategische partnerschap ondertekend, waarbij de twee bedrijven nauw samenwerken. AGV’s van SAFELOG zijn al bij tal van klanten in gebruik en hebben hun betrouwbaarheid bewezen - of het nu in de automotive-sector, de machinebouw, de productie of de intralogistiek is. Gebruikers profiteren van schaalbare automatisering, hoge beschikbaarheid en korte projecttijden.<\/p>\n

“We zijn zeer verheugd dat we met TGW een van de toonaangevende hoofdaannemers in de intralogistiek als partner hebben kunnen winnen,” benadrukt SAFELOG-directeur Mathias Behounek. “Dit toont aan dat mobiele robots geen innovatietrajecten meer zijn, maar een beproefde technologie voor de massamarkt.” Harald Schr\u00f6pf voegt toe: “Het partnerschap met SAFELOG als een van de toonaangevende AGV-specialisten opent nieuwe mogelijkheden voor mobiele robotica in de intralogistiek. Engelbert Strauss en Thermoplan vertrouwen op mobiele robots van TGW<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Naast de Zwitserse koffiemachinefabrikant Thermoplan heeft ook de werkkleding-specialist Engelbert Strauss al een andere klant kunnen overtuigen van de voordelen van de Quba-familie. In de CI Factory in Schl\u00fcchtern bevoorraden mobiele robots al meer dan een jaar de werkplekken met goederen. Voor zijn nieuwe verzendlogistiek-systeem in Biebergem\u00fcnd vertrouwt het modebedrijf opnieuw op TGW-technologie: 26 Quba-robots nemen het zelfstandig transport van containers naar de retourwerkplekken voor hun rekening.<\/p>\n
