Sinds 2018 was zij lid van de algemene directie bij de detailhandelaar Migros. Naast personeelszaken zal zij ook de belangrijke afdeling duurzaamheid leiden.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Schindellegi) Lothar Harings, lid van de directie en hoofd personeelszaken van K\u00fchne+Nagel International AG, zal op eigen verzoek met het bereiken van zijn 63e levensjaar op 30 juni 2023 zijn langdurige werkzaamheden binnen de K\u00fchne+Nagel Groep be\u00ebindigen en met pensioen gaan.<\/p>\n<p>In het kader van een vooruitziende opvolgingsregeling is het gelukt om met Sarah Kreienb\u00fchl (geboren in 1970, Zwitserse en Franse nationaliteit) een zeer gekwalificeerde leiderschapsfiguur voor de opvolging te winnen. Zij zal vanaf 1 april 2023 als lid van de directie het wereldwijde personeelsmanagement van K\u00fchne+Nagel en daarnaast bedrijfsoverstijgend de strategisch steeds belangrijker wordende afdeling duurzaamheid verantwoordelijk zijn.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Jarenlange leidinggevende ervaring<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Sarah Kreienb\u00fchl beschikt over jarenlange leidinggevende ervaring op directieniveau in verschillende industrie\u00ebn; sinds 2018 als lid van de algemene directie bij Migros, de grootste particuliere werkgever van Zwitserland met ongeveer 100.000 medewerkers.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. J\u00f6rg Wolle, voorzitter van de raad van bestuur van K\u00fchne+Nagel International AG: \u201eWij zijn zeer verheugd dat we met Sarah Kreienb\u00fchl een uitstekend gekwalificeerde en aantrekkelijke persoonlijkheid in de directie van K\u00fchne+Nagel kunnen benoemen.
