Fiege bouwt een nieuw logistiekcentrum in Saksen-Anhalt. In Barleben, ten noorden van Magdeburg, bouwt het familiebedrijf uit het Westfaalse Greven op een terrein van ongeveer 90.000 vierkante meter een hypermoderne multi-user locatie voor de zakelijke sector Healthcare.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Greven\/Barleben) In totaal ontstaan er in Barleben 42.000 vierkante meter logistieke ruimte, verdeeld over vier hallen, twee koelopslagruimtes en twee voorliggende kantoorgebouwen. De oplevering van de nieuwe Fiege-locatie is gepland voor eind 2022. Het bouwproject wordt gerealiseerd door de Fiege-zakenafdeling Real Estate, de hoofdaannemer Bremer en het architectenbureau J\u00fcrgen Schlake.<\/p>\n<p>Dirk Berlemann, Managing Director van de Fiege-zakenafdeling Healthcare, zegt: \u201eOns nieuwe logistiekcentrum beschikt over verschillende temperatuurzones en maakt daardoor ook de handling van gevoelige geneesmiddelen mogelijk. Het hoogtepunt van de locatie is echter zeker de handling van verdovende middelen. Hiervoor voldoen we aan de hoogste eisen op het gebied van veiligheid en documentatie \u2013 dat is de Champions League van de farmalogistiek.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>En niet alleen op het gebied van veiligheid voldoet Fiege in Barleben aan de hoogste eisen. De logistieke dienstverlener let bij de bouw van de nieuwe locatie, die goed bereikbaar is via de A2 in de richting van Hannover en Berlijn en ook goed bereikbaar is via de A14 in de richting van Leipzig en Halle (Saale), in alle gebieden op de hoogste normen. Zo wordt het logistiekcentrum in Barleben enerzijds met het oog op de gezondheid en tevredenheid van de medewerkers gecertificeerd volgens de WELL Building Standard, en anderzijds met het oog op de duurzaamheid van de locatie met de platinastandaard van de Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB).<\/p>\n<p>Kai Alfermann, Managing Director bij Fiege Real Estate, legt uit: \u201eHet thema duurzaamheid behoort niet alleen tot de strategische prioriteiten van ons bedrijf, maar heeft ook bij de planning van onze nieuwe locatie in Barleben een centrale rol gespeeld.
