De logistieke dienstverlener zal het gebouw in de zomer van 2023 als multi-user faciliteit in gebruik nemen. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Holzwickede\/B\u00f6nen) Op 59.000 vierkante meter hallenruimte ondersteunen toekomstgerichte geautomatiseerde oplossingen de medewerkers in hun werk. Een groot deel van de hallenruimte is al toegewezen aan de traditionele fabrikant van bevestigingsmiddelen, Spax. Duidelijke focus in het project: de hoge mate van automatisering.<\/p>\n<p>Op in totaal 106.000 vierkante meter grondoppervlak ontstaat voor Rhenus Warehousing Solutions een hallenruimte met een hoogte van 12 meter in zes brandcompartimenten. Het nieuwe logistieke pand ligt in het Noordrijn-Westfaalse B\u00f6nen, specifieker aan de Edisonstra\u00dfe. In de multi-user faciliteit wordt met een hoge mate van technologische ontwikkeling gepland, waardoor de naam &#8220;Edison&#8221; \u2013 Thomas Edison wordt beschouwd als een pionier op het gebied van elektrotechniek \u2013 in de faciliteit programma is. De kern van de opslagprocessen bestaat uit een op elkaar afgestemde automatisering die tegemoetkomt aan de personele uitdagingen van het tekort aan vaktechnici in de logistieke sector. Door de samenwerking van verschillende autonome interne transportmiddelen zoals smalle gangheftrucks, pallettransporteurs en onderrijrobots worden de goederen volledig automatisch naar verschillende werkgebieden vervoerd, opgeslagen en op aanvraag voorbereid voor vervolgprocessen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Showcase-project voor geautomatiseerde opslagprocessen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Rhenus bouwt hier een showcase-project op het gebied van geautomatiseerde opslagprocessen en laat zien hoe machines en digitale tools de klant specifieke eisen op veel plekken kunnen vergemakkelijken en versnellen. &#8220;Wij beschouwen deze locatie als een lichtbakenproject. Technologisch gaat Rhenus hier als pionier voorop en cre\u00ebert toekomstbestendigheid door innovatie. We kijken ernaar uit om het eindresultaat binnenkort aan onze klanten en partners te presenteren,&#8221; zegt Andreas Mayer, lid van de directie van Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Duitsland. De dakfeest zal nog deze zomer worden gevierd.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Groot deel van de hal al verhuurd<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Rhenus is door het nieuwe logistieke pand als dienstverlener in staat om klanten uit verschillende sectoren bij te staan in hun logistieke dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Een groot deel van de hallenruimte is al toegewezen aan Spax International met het wereldberoemde merk SPAX. De sterk groei-geori\u00ebnteerde ontwikkelaar van bevestigingsmiddelen zet in op modernisering en verwelkomt het concept van de nieuwe opslaglocatie, die ook in directe nabijheid van de Spax-hoofdkantoor in Ennepetal ligt. Het nieuwe pand bevindt zich gunstig in het industrie- en bedrijfsgebied en biedt ideale voorwaarden voor de processen van een hooggeautomatiseerd logistiek magazijn. Het brownfield-project voldoet ook aan de eisen van duurzame logistiek. Zo wordt bijvoorbeeld een luchtwarmtepomp ge\u00efnstalleerd; daarnaast komt er een uitgebreide zonnepaneleninstallatie in gebruik.
