Maar er ontbreken nog steeds landelijke normen en publiekrechtelijke voorschriften voor de opslag van lithium-ionbatterijen.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00fcnchen) In een whitepaper heeft Logivest nu informatie verzameld over de huidige plannen en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van productie, opslag en recycling van gevaarlijke stoffen. Daarnaast geven de experts in logistiek vastgoed tips waar je op moet letten bij de keuze van de locatie en opslag.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Voortdurende stijging van het aantal elektrische auto\u2019s<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tot 15 miljoen elektrische auto\u2019s zouden tot 2030 op de Duitse wegen moeten rijden \u2013 dat is het doel van de federale regering. De transitie naar elektromobiliteit is nog steeds het dominante thema in de auto-industrie. Het hart van de elektromobiliteit zijn lithium-ionbatterijen, maar hiervoor zijn niet alleen productieruimtes nodig, er is ook extra centrale en regionale opslagruimte nodig, evenals ruimte voor de onderdelenlogistiek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eIk reken op een behoefte aan opslagruimte voor lithium-ionbatterijen van ongeveer 7 miljoen vierkante meter tot 2030\u201c, zegt Kuno Neumeier. \u201eDaarom kan men ervan uitgaan dat er voor dit doel ongeveer 1.000 extra bouwvergunningen zullen worden aangevraagd. Maar helaas zijn er voor de opslag van lithium-ionbatterijen nog steeds geen uniforme normen of wettelijke voorschriften \u2013 dat moet veranderen\u201c, aldus de eis van de expert in logistiek vastgoed.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Uniforme normen nodig<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Momenteel bestaan er in Duitsland een potpourri van verschillende vergunningsprocedures en veel individuele oplossingen. Het is belangrijk dat er duidelijke regels zijn om de gevaren voor mens en milieu zo laag mogelijk te houden.
