Jungheinrich heeft in de Kroatische hoofdstad Zagreb een nieuwe hub voor de ontwikkeling van software en hardware geopend. Met de “Jungheinrich Business Services Croatia” breidt de intralogistieke expert zijn expertise op het gebied van digitalisering en automatisering verder uit en speelt het in op de groeiende vraag naar zijn digitale producten.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Hamburg\/Zagreb) Jungheinrich werkt intensief aan de megatrends digitalisering en automatisering in de intralogistiek en heeft daarvoor nu een nieuwe ontwikkelingshub geopend. Op de nieuwe locatie in Zagreb ontwikkelen IT-experts innovatieve software en hardware rond mobiele robots, besturingstechniek en geautomatiseerde opslagsystemen met als doel toekomstgerichte oplossingen te cre\u00ebren voor de uitdagingen van Industrie 4.0. Digitale producten zoals het Jungheinrich Warehouse Management System en het vlootbeheersysteem zullen hier ook verder worden ontwikkeld en geoptimaliseerd.<\/p>\n

Talenten voor de ontwikkelingshub aantrekken<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De oprichting van de locatie is een belangrijke bouwsteen voor Jungheinrich om verder te groeien op het gebied van digitale producten en automatiseringsoplossingen. Markus Skof, Vice President Technics Digital Products, Jungheinrich Systeml\u00f6sungen GmbH: “Als academisch en technisch hotspot is Zagreb de ideale locatie voor ons doel.” Naast verschillende universiteiten beschikt de hoofdstad over andere hogescholen die aantrekkelijke talenten en professionals voortbrengen. Juist die wil Jungheinrich aantrekken voor zijn ontwikkelingshub, die de komende jaren continu moet worden uitgebreid. Tot 2025 is het bedrijf van plan om het aantal medewerkers ter plaatse te verdrievoudigen. Locatiemanager Helena Vojnovic vertrouwt ook op de voordelen van de nieuwe werkomgeving en een agile mindset. Zo wordt er een creativiteitsbevorderende werkomgeving gecre\u00eberd die innovaties mogelijk maakt. Ontwikkelaars krijgen daarnaast moderne kantoormodellen en flexibele werkmodellen met thuiswerkmogelijkheden aangeboden.<\/p>\n

Uitbreiding van het internationale netwerk<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Tegelijkertijd breidt Jungheinrich met de hub zijn bestaande internationale netwerk voor digitale ontwikkeling uit. Naast Zagreb richt dit zich op de Europese metropolen Hamburg, M\u00fcnchen, Madrid en Graz. Om waardevolle synergie\u00ebn te cre\u00ebren, werkt het Kroatische team nauw samen met experts van andere Jungheinrich softwareontwikkelingslocaties, vooral met Jungheinrich Systeml\u00f6sungen in Graz.<\/p>\n

In totaal zet het bedrijf een belangrijke stap in de uitvoering van zijn bedrijfsstrategie 2025+. Naast de uitbreiding van automatisering en digitalisering streeft Jungheinrich ernaar zich internationaal breder te positioneren.<\/p>\n
