Magdeburg heeft zich de afgelopen jaren ontwikkeld tot een bloeiende logistieke hotspot. Met ongeveer 330.000 vierkante meter aan nieuwbouwvolume heeft de regio zich in 2021 naar de top gekatapulteerd en staat op de derde plaats in de ranking van de 24 top-logistieke regio&#8217;s van de jaarlijks verschijnende Logistikimmobilien Seismograph van Logivest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Enerzijds profiteert de logistieke regio Magdeburg van de centrale ligging, de nabijheid van stedelijke gebieden en de diverse verbindingen via water, weg en spoor. Anderzijds hebben de goede beschikbaarheid van terreinen, die gedeeltelijk zelfs worden gesubsidieerd, en de dynamiek van de sterk groeiende industrie\u00ebn bijgedragen aan de snelle opbloei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">&#8220;Dat Logivest nu een eigen vestiging in Magdeburg opent, is een logische stap, want de regio is vanwege zijn ligging en de trimodaliteit een logistieke locatie met veel potentieel,&#8221; aldus Michael Starre, CSO bij Logivest GmbH.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Een van de drukste binnenhavens van Duitsland<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Niet in de laatste plaats overtuigde de Magdeburger haven, een van de drukste binnenhavens in Duitsland, ook CATL, de grootste Chinese producent van lithium-ionbatterijen. Begin dit jaar kon Logivest de batterijproducent overtuigen op basis van een grondige locatieanalyse van Magdeburg en hem ongeveer 90.000 vierkante meter logistieke ruimte in het VGP Park Magdeburg aanbieden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Het team van Logivest heeft de nieuwe ruimtes in de Katharinenturm, Breiter Weg 31, in Magdeburg al betrokken. Bij de start zullen er twee adviseurs uit de regio op de nieuwe locatie zijn.
