Op het perceel worden ongeveer 30.500 m\u00b2 logistieke hallen en kantoorruimtes gerealiseerd in totaal 3 hallensecties. De aangekochte oppervlakken hebben ideale voorwaarden voor de ontwikkeling van een logistiek project.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Bremen) Het bouwperceel ligt direct aan de snelweg A24, afrit Wittenburg, en daarmee in het uitgebreide verzorgingsgebied van de Hamburgse logistieke markt. Het perceel is vanaf beide zijden van de snelweg goed zichtbaar. &#8220;De snelweg A24 is de hoofdroute voor goederenvervoer tussen Hamburg en Berlijn. Dit maakt de locatie optimaal bereikbaar tussen Hamburg en alle zuidoostelijk gelegen landen,&#8221; zegt Felix Zilling, directeur van de DLH.<\/p>\n<p>De aangekochte oppervlakken hebben ideale voorwaarden voor de ontwikkeling van het logistieke project. De open ruimtes zijn overwegend vlak en verhard. Er zijn slechts geringe sloopwerkzaamheden nodig. De bouwaanvraag zal binnenkort worden ingediend.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>DGNB Gold Standard wordt nagestreefd<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De ontwikkeling wordt multi-user in drie moderne hallensecties verdeeld. Daarnaast wordt er een buitenopslagruimte gerealiseerd. Het pand wordt gebouwd volgens de nieuwste technische normen en duurzaamheidscriteria. Een certificering volgens de DGNB Gold Standard wordt nagestreefd. &#8220;De stopzetting van de subsidieprogramma&#8217;s mag ons er niet van weerhouden om dit gebouw toch te bouwen volgens de eisen van de effici\u00ebntiegebouwen-niveau 55,&#8221; zegt Christoph Telker, directeur van de DLH met het oog op duurzaamheid in de projectontwikkeling. &#8220;Bovendien biedt de volledige PV-installatie op het dak het maximale voordeel van hernieuwbare energie voor de huurder\/exploitant. Natuurlijke buiteninrichting en ontmoetingsplaatsen in de buitenruimte moeten ook in de uitvoering worden meegenomen.&#8221; De kantoorruimtes worden op basis van de wensen van de klanten gerealiseerd en ingericht. Daarnaast zullen er voldoende parkeerplaatsen voor auto&#8217;s en vrachtwagens beschikbaar zijn.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Oplevering eind 2023\/begin 2024<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De realisatie van het logistieke project moet in het najaar van 2022 beginnen. De oplevering is gepland voor eind 2023\/begin 2024. Voor de verhuur van de oppervlakken is het makelaarskantoor Robert C.
