In de selectieprocedure van de sportartikelenretailer Sportisimo overtuigde SSI Sch\u00e4fer met zijn intralogistieke expertise en ontving de opdracht: het nieuw gebouwde distributiecentrum van Sportisimo in Hru\u0161ov\/Ostrava, Tsjechi\u00eb, zal door SSI Sch\u00e4fer worden uitgerust met een geautomatiseerde intralogistieke oplossing. De hal wordt gebouwd op het terrein van een voormalige industriegrond in het Contera Park Ostrava D1.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(PresseBox; Neunkirchen\/Ostrava) Van het nieuwe distributiecentrum van Sportisimo in Ostrava zullen zowel filialen als de Sportisimo-klanten die via de online winkel hebben besteld, worden bevoorraad. Bij de toekomstige oplossing staat het aspect van automatisering centraal.<\/p>\n

Het contract tussen Sportisimo en de intralogistiek-specialist SSI Sch\u00e4fer werd in mei 2021 ondertekend. Het betreft een belangrijk project dat de ontwikkeling en doelstellingen van de sportartikelenretailer onderstreept. Momenteel is de projectering in volle gang en is de bouw van de hal ook begonnen. De operatie van de nieuwe faciliteit moet in januari 2023 van start gaan, wat een recordtijd is voor een dergelijk groot en complex project. In de toekomst zal Sportisimo vanuit het Contera Park Ostrava D1 zowel zijn filialen als de online klanten in Tsjechi\u00eb en de omliggende landen in Midden- en Oost-Europa bevoorraden.<\/p>\n

Maximale effici\u00ebntie dankzij de modernste technologie<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De nieuwe logistieke oplossing moet maximale opslag effici\u00ebntie waarborgen. “In de hal van Sportisimo worden meer dan 6.000 meter transportsystemen van SSI Sch\u00e4fer ge\u00efnstalleerd, die de verschillende opslaggebieden verbinden - van depalletiseren via de goederenontvangst naar het automatische kleine onderdelenmagazijn (AKL) en het pickgebied tot aan de verzending. Langs de transportbanen worden 150 werkstations ingericht, waar alle bestellingen en retouren worden samengevoegd. Het AKL is ontworpen voor een hoogte van 23 meter en heeft momenteel 11 gangen met een capaciteit van meer dan 300.000 dozen. Het neemt dozen aan die rechtstreeks van de leveranciers komen. Voor de toekomst is het gepland om het kleine onderdelenmagazijn uit te breiden met extra gangen,” legt Marian Gono, directeur van SSI Sch\u00e4fer Systems International in Tsjechi\u00eb, uit.<\/p>\n

Hij voegt eraan toe dat naast het AKL een vier verdiepingen tellende pick-toren zal worden gebouwd. Deze bestaat uit rekken met gangen. In een middelste gang wordt extra transportsysteem geplaatst, evenals werkstations waar de consolidatie van de gepickte bestellingen plaatsvindt. Verder wordt er in de hal een groot stalen platform gebouwd, dat in de fabriek van de SSI Sch\u00e4fer Groep in Hranice na Morav\u011b wordt vervaardigd. Op dit platform worden de pickstations voor het verpakken van de bestellingen en de verzendvoorbereiding geplaatst.<\/p>\n

Dichtbij de productiefaciliteit vermindert de CO2-voetafdruk<\/strong><\/h5>\n

“We hebben vanaf het begin geprobeerd de transportwegen bij de levering van het materiaal voor de montage zo kort mogelijk te houden. Daarom maken we optimaal gebruik van onze productiefaciliteit in Hranice na Morav\u011b, waardoor we onze CO2-voetafdruk aanzienlijk verminderen. En, we verkorten niet alleen de transportwegen, maar ondersteunen ook de Tsjechische economie,” benadrukt Marian Gono.<\/p>\n
