Het bedrijf, met hoofdkantoor in Istanbul, Turkije, biedt transportoplossingen, magazijn- en distributiecentrumbeheer, douane- en supply chain-oplossingen aan.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburg\/Neurenberg) In het kader van een Sale &amp; Lease-Back model verkoopt Barsan zijn bestaande ruimte en breidt het zijn locatie in Neurenberg verder uit door de terughuur van het bestaande gebouw en de verdere nieuwbouw.<\/p>\n<p>Het toekomstige gebouw, bestaande uit nieuw- en bestaandbouw, wordt ontwikkeld op een perceel van 30.600 m\u00b2 en zal na oplevering in totaal drie hallen hebben met een totale logistieke oppervlakte van ca. 16.200 m\u00b2, 1.400 m\u00b2 kantoor- en sociale ruimte en 600 m\u00b2 mezzanine-oppervlakte. De hoogte van het gebouw bedraagt 10 m UKB, de vloerbelasting 6 t\/m\u00b2. Op de buitenruimtes zijn in totaal 74 parkeerplaatsen voor personenauto&#8217;s en 22 parkeerplaatsen voor vrachtwagens.<\/p>\n<p>Bestaande en nieuwbouw zullen bij Barsan in de toekomst ca. 8.200 m\u00b2 verhuurbare oppervlakte uitmaken. Een derde hallensectie wordt ontwikkeld met 8.200 m\u00b2 logistieke oppervlakte zonder voorafgaande verhuur en staat potenti\u00eble huurders nog ter beschikking. Het terrein ligt in het industriegebied Schmalau, Neurenberg, vlakbij de autosnelwegen A3 en A73 en heeft een uitstekende oost-west- en noord-zuidverbinding.<\/p>\n<p>In het kader van een duurzame projectrealisatie zal Panattoni E-laadpalen voor personenauto&#8217;s installeren en in overleg met de gemeente F\u00fcrth een eigen fietspad op het perceel aanleggen. Op het bestaande gebouw is al een zonnepaneleninstallatie ge\u00efnstalleerd. De nieuwbouw zal worden gecertificeerd volgens DGNB-Goud.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Fundament voor verdere groei<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Door de uitbreiding van onze bestaande faciliteit op de locatie Neurenberg leggen we de basis voor verdere groei in de regio.
