Voor de effici\u00ebnte werking van de voertuigen zorgen encoders van Hengstler. Ze meten de snelheid, de stuurhoek en de hefhoogte van de ATS. De encoders zijn robuust, zeer compact en beschikken over veelzijdige aansluitmogelijkheden.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Persbericht; Aldingen) Absoluut- en incrementele encoders van Hengstler worden al vele jaren gebruikt in autonome transportsystemen. Bekende fabrikanten van ATS waarderen onder andere de precisie en de schok- en trillingsbestendigheid van de encoders. Ze gebruiken de encoders uit het Swabische Aldingen in verschillende geautomatiseerde interne transportmiddelen zoals bijvoorbeeld tegengewichtheftrucks, portaalhefwagens, onderrij-voertuigen of parkrobots. Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) nemen niet alleen de in- en uitlagering van goederen of grondstoffen voor hun rekening, maar ondersteunen ook de orderverzameling van eindproducten of leveren onderdelen voor de productie Just-in-Time aan montagelijnen.<\/p>\n<p>De encoders van Hengstler maken een snelle, soepele werking van de autonome transportsystemen mogelijk door de rijsnelheid, de hefhoogte en de stuurhoek van de ATS te meten. Met behulp van de encoders kunnen de transportrobots hun bestemming daarom in de kortst mogelijke tijd bereiken. Voor de installatie in geautomatiseerde interne transportmiddelen zijn zowel de absoluut encoders van de ACURO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>-serie als de ICURO-incremental encoders geschikt: terwijl de absoluut encoders vooral worden gebruikt voor het meten van de stuurhoek, meten de incrementele encoders onder andere de snelheid van de voertuigen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-15270\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Hangstler_1.11.21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"574\" \/><\/p>\n<h5><strong>In verschillende uitvoeringen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Hengstler biedt zijn encoders in verschillende uitvoeringen en met tal van uitrustingsopties aan. Zo zijn de absoluut encoders verkrijgbaar in zowel singleturn- als multiturn-varianten en bieden sommige types, naast de standaardinstellingen, een breed scala aan programmeerbare functies (ACURO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> AC58\/AC59\/61). Bij de incrementele encoders zijn naast uitvoeringen voor BLDC-, servo- en stappenmotoren ook encoders voor batterijgevoede ATS beschikbaar, die bijzonder weinig stroom verbruiken.<\/p>\n<p>Hengstler produceert alle encoders op aanvraag en past ze indien gewenst al vanaf een hoeveelheid van 1 aan de specifieke applicatie aan.
