Een <\/strong><strong>praktijktest met Open Telekom Cloud en GS1-standaarden bevestigt de voordelen en de praktische toepasbaarheid van de gestandaardiseerde oplossing. <\/strong><strong>Eerste implementaties zijn gepland voor 2022.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Bonn\/Bremen\/K\u00f6ln) Wanneer bedrijven producten verzenden, stellen ze een papieren leveringsbon op die de levering tot aan de ontvangst van de goederen begeleidt. Deze wordt handmatig doorgegeven en verwerkt. Dit is tijdrovend, foutgevoelig en verbruikt middelen. De digitale leveringsbon moet deze problemen binnenkort oplossen. In een gezamenlijk pilotproject van de Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL), GS1 Germany en T-Systems is de oplossing in de praktijk getest. 20 bedrijven uit de consumptiegoederenindustrie, handel en logistiek testten in augustus en september vier weken lang de digitale leveringsbon. Succesvol: 68 procent van de ondervraagde gebruikers zou de gestandaardiseerde brancheoplossing voor de digitale afhandeling van leveringsbonnen graag blijven gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>Want, zo blijkt uit het resultaat: De duur van individuele leveringsprocessen verkortte zich soms met tot tien dagen. &#8220;Vrachtvervoerders besparen zich de hele rompslomp van de documentatie van leveringsbonnen - van inscannen tot archiveren en de informatieplicht,&#8221; zegt Oliver P\u00fcthe, projectleider bij GS1 Germany. De gedetailleerde resultaten van het pilotproject werden op 6 oktober 2021 gepresenteerd tijdens het digitale symposium &#8220;Paperless Logistics&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Contactloze overdracht was bijzonder gewaardeerd<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tijdens het project vonden de deelnemers vooral de contactloze overdracht van het document met behulp van de QR-code scan, de digitale handtekening en de besparing op de druk van de leveringsbon bijzonder prettig. Ze verwelkomden ook dat de kwaliteit van het bewijs niet lijdt onder meerdere handmatige rondes. Tot de voordelen rekenen zij ook de tijdige en volledige beschikbaarheid van afleverbewijzen, inclusief de goed leesbare informatie over leveringsverschillen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;De digitale leveringsbon is een belangrijke bouwsteen voor doorlopende digitale bedrijfsprocessen in de transportlogistiek,&#8221; zegt Christian Grotemeier, directeur van de BVL.
