Het nieuwe opslagsysteem breidt de bestaande installatie uit en biedt daarbij de modernste technologie. Enkele bouwwerkzaamheden worden tijdens de operationele fase uitgevoerd. De geplande ingebruikname is in 2022.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburg\/Radzymin) Beschikbare ruimte optimaal benutten, nieuwe opslagcapaciteiten cre\u00ebren en meer doorvoer realiseren: dat was de opdracht van Coca-Cola HBC aan Jungheinrich. Bij de uitvoering vertrouwt de Hamburger intralogistiekspecialist op het 42 meter hoge en 60 meter lange hoogbouwmagazijn in silo-constructie. Het waarborgt de maximale ruimtebenutting met tegelijkertijd een hoge omloopsnelheid. In totaal omvat het automatische hoogbouwmagazijn vier gangen en biedt het ruimte voor tot 14.000 drankpallets, die dubbel diep opgeslagen kunnen worden. Alle processen in het hoogbouwgebied van het magazijn zijn volledig geautomatiseerd. De experts van Jungheinrich hebben het ontworpen met de optie voor uitbreiding: Extra gangen kunnen op een later tijdstip eenvoudig en tijdens de operationele fase worden toegevoegd.<\/p>\n<p>Met de nieuwe opslagoplossing van Jungheinrich moet ook de transportweg vanuit de productie worden verbeterd. Hiervoor heeft de Hamburger intralogistiekspecialist de bestaande transportsystemen aangepast en uitgebreid: Een monorailsysteem met een brug is nu het hart van Radzymin. Het transporteert kant-en-klare drankflessen naar alle beschikbare opslagplaatsen \u2013 zowel in het nieuwe hoogbouwmagazijn als in het automatische magazijn. Het op maat gemaakte intralogistieke concept van Jungheinrich staat een optimale materiaalstroom tussen de verschillende gebieden in de fabriek toe.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Normen op het gebied van effici\u00ebntie en veiligheid<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Szymon Matulka, BU Engineering Manager Poland &amp; Baltics bij Coca-Cola HBC: \u201eDe installatie is voor ons iets bijzonders. Met het geautomatiseerde hoogbouwmagazijn en de verbeterde transportwegen stellen we normen op het gebied van effici\u00ebntie en veiligheid. Zo waarborgen we een continu hoge beschikbaarheid van onze producten.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Magazijnbedieningsapparatuur van MIAS, de dochteronderneming van Jungheinrich, brengt bovendien snelheid in het automatische palletmagazijn: Dankzij speciale apparaten heerst er bij het in- en uitslagproces voor goederen tot zeven ton hoge snelheid. Ook hier kunnen indien nodig extra apparaten worden ge\u00efntegreerd. Daarnaast is het bestaande Warehouse Management System (WMS) vervangen. In de toekomst zal Coca-Cola HBC voor het gehele magazijn, dat verschillende intralogistische oplossingen omvat, slechts \u00e9\u00e9n WMS gebruiken. Via dit systeem worden alle installaties en processen beheerd.
