Oprichter Achim Quaken blijft CEO van eFrexx.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Ratingen\/D\u00fcsseldorf) Naast de verantwoordelijkheid voor de financi\u00ebn, neemt de 54-jarige Guido Meyer ook de taak op zich om de internationalisering van het softwarebedrijf te bevorderen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWe hebben ons de afgelopen jaren dynamisch ontwikkeld en zijn de status van een start-up allang ontgroeid. Ook met het oog op de internationalisering van eFrexx is het nu belangrijk om de structuren aan te passen en daarmee de voorwaarden te scheppen om onze solide groei voort te zetten\u201c, zegt eFrexx-oprichter en CEO Achim Quaken. De competenties tussen de directeuren zijn daarbij duidelijk verdeeld: Quaken blijft CEO en is als zodanig verantwoordelijk voor de strategische richting van het bedrijf. Meyer is voortaan verantwoordelijk voor de financi\u00ebn. Daarnaast krijgt hij de taak om de internationalisering van het bedrijf te bevorderen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Meer dan 20 jaar leiderschapservaring in de IT-sector<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eMet Guido Meyer hebben we een erkende branche-expert gewonnen. We zijn ervan overtuigd dat hij een grote bijdrage zal leveren aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons bedrijf\u201c, zegt Quaken. De opgeleide bedrijfseconoom komt met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in verschillende posities in de Duitse IT- en dienstverleningssector naar de D\u00fcsseldorfse software-specialist. Nadat hij eerder als Corporate Finance en Controlling Director in de internationale hotelindustrie had gewerkt, stapte Meyer in 2006 over naar het joint venture SITA Airport IT GmbH in D\u00fcsseldorf, een IT-dienstverlener met focus op de luchttransportindustrie. Daar droeg hij aanzienlijk bij aan de succesvolle ontwikkeling van het jonge bedrijf. Als algemeen verantwoordelijke directeur leidde hij de afdelingen IT-operations, financi\u00ebn, business support en large deals meer dan acht jaar.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Enorm potentieel<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Meyer kijkt vol spanning uit naar zijn nieuwe taak: \u201eIn eFrexx zit enorm potentieel als het gaat om de ontwikkeling van innovatieve transportoplossingen en hun internationale marketing.\u201c eFrexx biedt met het gelijknamige cloudplatform een aanpasbare software-as-a-service-oplossing die speciaal is afgestemd op verzenders en vervoerders.
