Een verdere vooruitgang op het gebied van vaccintransport: BITO CAMPUS GmbH en BITO-Lagertechnik Bittmann GmbH hebben speciale inlays ontwikkeld voor hun koelbare herbruikbare containers, waarmee al opgezogen vaccinspuiten veilig over grote afstanden kunnen worden vervoerd. Het idee hiervoor komt van een uitvinder uit de Eifel, met wie BITO samenwerkt.<\/p>\n

(PresseBox; Meisenheim) De vaccinaties zijn in volle gang en ook de mobiele vaccinaties draaien momenteel op volle toeren. Veilige en effectieve vaccinlogistiek is daarbij een absolute must. Om het transport van vaccins sneller te maken en al opgezogen spuiten veilig te vervoeren, is nu de BITO spuit-inlay ontwikkeld. Zo kan het vaccin centraal worden voorbereid door vakmensen, zoals apothekers of opgeleid personeel, en vervolgens veilig aan het vaccinatiepersoneel worden verdeeld met behulp van de inzet. De BITO spuit-inlay is bovendien perfect afgestemd op de BITO PharmaBox en de BITO herbruikbare container MB met thermische isolatie-inzet \u2013 voor een totaal systeem dat een soepele, veilige, gekoelde vaccintransport mogelijk maakt.<\/p>\n

Idee komt van een uitvinder uit de Eifel<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Het succesverhaal begint met Frank Heckenbach. De gepassioneerde uitvinder uit Speicher in de Eifel, met een grote medische kennis, bedenkt in zijn vrije tijd graag technische producten. Dit wist ook een vriend die bij het DRK werkt en op zoek was naar een veilige transportoplossing om al opgezogen vaccinspuiten beschermd in koelboxen te gebruiken tijdens de mobiele vaccinatie.
“Ik wilde mijn vriend helpen en heb een bijpassende oplossing bedacht, die ik thuis met mijn 3D-printers heb geprint en vervolgens in elkaar heb gezet. Maar toen werd de vraag zo groot dat ik nauwelijks met de productie kon bijbenen, want het duurt ongeveer 40 uur om de spuitenhouder in de 3D-printers te printen,” zegt Frank Heckenbach.<\/p>\n

Bijdrage in SWR leidde tot samenwerking<\/strong><\/h5>\n

SWR berichtte over het initiatief van Frank Heckenbach \u2013 en Kim-Saskia Christian van het Meisenheimer Innovatiecentrum BITO CAMPUS werd door de bijdrage op Frank Heckenbach attent. “Mijn eerste gedachte was dat deze spuitenhouder perfect past bij de oplossingen voor herbruikbare containers met thermische isolatie-inzet of de nieuwe MB PharmaBox van BITO-Lagertechnik,” zegt Kim-Saskia Christian. Meteen werd het contact gelegd met Frank Heckenbach, die ook enthousiast was over de mogelijkheid van samenwerking.
Frank Heckenbach: “De grote respons en vraag vanuit het DRK of de vaccinatiecentra en artsen verraste me destijds zeer. Ik kon de vraag niet meer alleen aan. Des te meer verheugde ik me dat mijn uitvinding ook bij een professionele fabrikant zoals BITO-Lagertechnik veel bijval vond. Zeker waren er bij mijn ‘home-made’ versie ook nog enkele dingen te optimaliseren en te standaardiseren met betrekking tot gebruik, materiaal, productietijd, enz. zodat we met de spuitenhouder in productie konden gaan om zoveel mogelijk vaccins en vulhoeveelheden op te nemen. Daarom was ik dankbaar voor de professionele ondersteuning.”
In samenwerking met Frank Heckenbach, die normaal gesproken bij een fabrikant van bouwmachines werkt, het BITO CAMPUS-team en BITO-Lagertechnik is het in korte tijd gelukt om het product zo verder te ontwikkelen dat het nu in serie wordt geproduceerd.<\/p>\n

BITO spuit-inlay als speciale, veilige transportoplossing<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De nieuwe spuittransportoplossing is aangepast aan de specificaties van de koelbare BITO MB-herbruikbare container en is nu als aanvullend accessoire voor de opslag- en transportdozen verkrijgbaar. De spuit-inlay is beschikbaar in \u00e9\u00e9n of meerdere lagen \u2013 per laag kunnen tot tien spuiten worden vervoerd. Bij een maximale uitrusting van acht lagen per herbruikbare container passen er dus tot 80 spuiten in een koelbox. De lagen zijn afzonderlijk uitneembaar en kunnen dus ook verder in koelkasten worden bewaard. De houder is bovendien flexibel gestandaardiseerd voor zoveel mogelijk spuittypes en vulhoeveelheden. De spuiten zijn veilig verankerd, zodat er geen spuit per ongeluk kan leeglopen. De BITO spuit-inlay weerstaat temperaturen tot 143\u00b0C en is daarom ook gemakkelijk te desinfecteren in stoomsterilisatoren, zodat het gebruik een milieuvriendelijke herbruikbare oplossing wordt.<\/p>\n

Een ander BITO-samenwerkingsproduct uit de medische technologie<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Met de BITO spuit-inlay is er een ander product uit de medische technologie ontstaan uit een samenwerking. Samen met de BITO CAMPUS-startup Tec4med is al de BITO PharmaBox ontwikkeld als een hoogwaardig digitaal koeltransport-herbruikbare container, die temperaturen van bijvoorbeeld 2 \u2013 8\u00b0C gedurende lange tijd kan vasthouden. \u2013 Als innovatiecentrum is BITO CAMPUS GmbH altijd op zoek naar goede en veelbelovende idee\u00ebn die in samenwerking met BITO-Lagertechnik kunnen worden omgezet in innovatieve oplossingen voor logistiek en intralogistiek.
