De CHI-groep maakt bekend dat zij in mei van dit jaar de Sch\u00fcMa Service GmbH heeft overgenomen. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in douanetechnische afhandeling, met name de levering en verdeling van goederen. Voor de overname bestond er al meer dan 15 jaar samenwerking tussen de twee bedrijven.<\/p>\n

(Frankfurt\/Main) “We werken al meer dan 15 jaar samen met de Sch\u00fcMa Services GmbH. Met de overname van het bedrijf kunnen we het dienstenportfolio van de CHI-groep uitbreiden met de belangrijkste douanediensten,” legt Kai Domscheit, CEO van CHI Deutschland Cargo Handling GmbH, uit.<\/p>\n

Na de snelle en succesvolle integratie van de Sch\u00fcMa Service GmbH in de CHI-groep, opereert het bedrijf nu onder de naam CHI Customs Clearance Services GmbH. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in CargoCity Zuid op de luchthaven van Frankfurt.<\/p>\n

Belangrijke stap ook voor de klanten<\/strong><\/h5>\n

“Vooral met het oog op de aanstaande 1:1 referenti\u00ebring* in de import was dit een belangrijke stap voor de CHI-groep en onze klanten. Het bedrijf is al goed voorbereid op de nieuwe eisen en biedt zijn diensten aan zowel bestaande klanten van CHI als nieuwe klanten of derden aan,” zegt Dominik Mi\u00dfkampf, Hoofd Business Development, CHI Deutschland Cargo Handling GmbH.<\/p>\n

Over de CHI-groep<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De CHI-groep is opgericht in 1994 op de luchthaven van Frankfurt. Vandaag de dag biedt zij alle diensten op het gebied van luchtvrachtafhandeling uit \u00e9\u00e9n hand aan: handling van expediteurs en luchtvaartmaatschappijen, korte en lange afstandsvervoer, beveiliging van zendingen en douaneafhandeling. Naast de locatie in Frankfurt is de CHI ook actief in Neurenberg en M\u00fcnchen. De bedrijfsorganisatie kenmerkt zich vooral door haar wendbaarheid en brede dienstenportfolio.<\/p>\n
