De logistieke dienstverlener Fiege bouwt een nieuw logistiek centrum in de provincie Noord-Holland. Tot augustus 2022 zal er in Zaandam, ten noorden van Amsterdam, ongeveer 43.000 vierkante meter logistieke ruimte ontstaan. De grondwerken zijn eind oktober 2021 begonnen en inmiddels zijn de eerste palen voor de fundering van het gebouw geslagen. In de nabije toekomst begint de hoogbouw.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Greven\/Zaandam) De ankerhuurder wordt de Nederlandse dochteronderneming Fiege B.V., die ter plaatse een groot deel van haar klantenactiviteiten zal consolideren en de kantoorruimtes als nieuwe hoofdzetel zal gebruiken. Projectpartners zijn Goldbeck Nederland B.V. als hoofdaannemer en de investeringsmaatschappij Clarion Partners Europe.<\/p>\n

De aanvullende nieuwbouw met vier hallen komt in de directe nabijheid van de bestaande Fiege-vestiging in Zaandam, die voor verdere gebruik behouden blijft. De nabijgelegen containerterminals in de Amsterdamse haven en de luchthaven Schiphol maken de locatie tot een ideaal knooppunt in een van de economisch sterkste regio’s van Europa. “We zijn enorm blij dat we samen met de expertise en ondersteuning van ons Fiege Real Estate-team de ontwikkeling van ons moderne logistiek centrum kunnen versnellen. Wat betreft de bouwvoortgang liggen we volledig op schema,” zegt Pieter van Dop, Managing Director Fiege B.V.<\/p>\n

Gecertificeerde duurzaamheidsnorm<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Het pand wordt gebouwd en gecertificeerd volgens de duurzaamheidsnorm BREEAM Excellent. “In nauwe afstemming met de gemeente Zaanstad hebben we bij het externe ontwerp van het nieuwe logistieke centrum ook gekozen voor een modern en esthetisch ontwerp, om het harmonieus aan de natuurlijke omgeving aan te passen. We zijn nu blij dat ons bouwproject de komende maanden echt vaart zal krijgen en gerealiseerd zal worden,” legt van Dop uit. Voor een aangename werkomgeving zal het gebouw bijzonder licht zijn en om de e-mobiliteit te bevorderen, zal het over talrijke laadpalen beschikken. Bij de vergroening van de buitenruimtes hecht Fiege bovendien veel waarde aan inheemse beplanting.<\/p>\n
