De indicator toont de cumulatieve TEU*-wachttijd in dagen in de havens van Prince Rupert, Vancouver\/Seattle, Oakland, Los Angeles\/Long Beach, New York, Savannah, Hongkong, Shanghai\/Ningbo en Rotterdam\/Antwerpen.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Schindellegi) Een verstoringsindicator voor de zeevracht van K\u00fchne+Nagel. Aan de hand van een voorbeeld wordt verduidelijkt hoe de indicator wordt berekend: Een schip met een capaciteit van 10.000 ton dat 12 dagen wacht om een haven binnen te lopen, komt overeen met 120.000 TEU-wachtdagen. Een ander schip met 5.000 TEU dat 10 dagen wacht om dezelfde haven binnen te lopen, komt overeen met 50.000 TEU-wachtdagen. De totale TEU-wachttijd bedraagt 170.000 TEU-wachtdagen.<\/p>\n<p>De verstoringsindicator biedt inzichten, evenals geavanceerde analyses en trends over de huidige situatie die de wereldhandel be\u00efnvloedt. Momenteel toont de indicator een wachttijd en een omvang van 11,6 miljoen TEU-dagen aan - een aanhoudend hoog niveau. In deze negen specifieke havens zou een normale waarde minder dan een miljoen TEU-wachtdagen zijn. Momenteel is ongeveer 80% van de verstoringen te wijten aan Noord-Amerikaanse havens.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Aanvulling op de eerdere verstoringsmeldingen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De indicator is een uitbreiding van het overzicht dat de gerenommeerde Seaexplorer van K\u00fchne+Nagel biedt over de wereldwijde verstoringen in het zeevrachtverkeer.
