Met een nieuw logistiek centrum in Parsdorf bij M\u00fcnchen breidt BTK Befrachtungs- und Transportkontor GmbH haar bedrijfsgebied contractlogistiek uit. Op 1 januari 2022 gaat de nieuwe locatie met 11.000 m\u00b2 oppervlakte in gebruik. Een grote klant wordt daar nu centraal bediend.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Rosenheim\/Vaterstetten) Ten zuiden van M\u00fcnchen, direct aan de A92 afrit Parsdorf, biedt de hal met een hoogte van 11,5 meter inclusief mezzanine voldoende ruimte. Het huurcontract werd in november gesloten. Voor twee derde is de oppervlakte ingericht met stellingen, en de ruimte was klaar voor de verhuizing van de eerste klanten in december. Als logistiek centrum Parsdorf consolideert de hal vooral een tot nu toe decentraal opgeslagen grote klant op \u00e9\u00e9n locatie.<\/p>\n

Inclusief de twee eigen logistieke panden in Raubling en andere huurmagazijnen in de regio Rosenheim, beheert het bedrijf vanaf nu 30.000 m\u00b2 oppervlakte. Sinds 2014 bedienen de opslag- en logistiekdiensten van BTK met een groeiend scala aan toegevoegde waarde diensten klanten uit de industrie en de handel. De diversiteit aan goederen in het magazijn varieert van manshoge rollen in de productielogistiek tot gepalletiseerde eCommerce-goederen in klant specifieke verzending tot de open kleine onderdelenopslag voor snelle vervangingsonderdelenservice.<\/p>\n

Betrouwbare logistieke partner in de buurt<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Prokurist Peter Berger is verantwoordelijk voor het snel groeiende bedrijfsgebied contractlogistiek met momenteel 60 fulltime arbeidsplaatsen en merkt op: “Vooral uit de regio krijgen we veel aanvragen. Van startups tot grote bedrijven zoeken bedrijven een betrouwbare logistieke partner in hun buurt. Met nieuwe klanten breiden we ons fulfillment-aanbod verder uit. Onze bestaande klanten profiteren daar tegelijkertijd van.”<\/p>\n
