Daartoe stelt Interroll zijn diensten voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten, die onder de naam &#8216;Interroll Lifetime Service&#8217; worden gepromoot, op een nieuw organisatorisch fundament. Het bedrijf heeft daarom een centrale service-eenheid opgericht in Sinsheim, Duitsland, die verantwoordelijk is voor het Europese vervangingsonderdeel- en reparatiemanagement, onderhouds-, installatie- en opleidingsdiensten.<\/p>\n<p>(Sant\u2019Antonio) Een centraal element van de nieuwe organisatie is het nieuw opgerichte centrale magazijn voor standaard vervangingsonderdelen in Ketsch bij Heidelberg, dat wordt beheerd door een krachtige logistieke partner. Hier worden meer dan 90 procent van de bedrijfskritische vervangingsonderdelen voor sleutelproducten en transportmodules voor materiaalstroomoplossingen opgeslagen, die zijn gebaseerd op de modulaire platformoplossingen van Interroll. Door de centrale ligging in Europa, de directe verbinding met de grote verkeersaders en de nabijheid van de luchthaven van Frankfurt, is een snelle levering van vervangingsonderdelen aan Europese klanten en gebruikers gegarandeerd.<\/p>\n<p>Afhankelijk van het betreffende servicecontract wordt een levering van de desbetreffende bestellingen binnen 24 uur gegarandeerd. Dit geldt ook voor de reparatie en revisie van producten zoals trommelmotoren, speciale transportmodules en sleutelproducten van de Smart Pallet Mover (SPM), waarvoor de centrale werkplaats in Baal bij D\u00fcsseldorf en de decentrale reparatiefaciliteiten in de verschillende Europese landen verantwoordelijk zijn.<\/p>\n<h5><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-11746\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Interroll_1.6.21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"411\" \/><\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Klanttevredenheid is het hoogste doel<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De nieuwe serviceorganisatie, die de naam &#8220;Global Lifetime Service&#8221; draagt, omvat binnen de centrale service-eenheid in Sinsheim, het centrale magazijn in Ketsch en de reparatiefaciliteiten ongeveer 100 gekwalificeerde Interroll-servicemedewerkers in de Europese vestigingen, evenals gecertificeerde partners die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de klantgerichte ondersteuning en uitvoering van de respectieve onderhouds-, instandhoudings- en installatiediensten in heel Europa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;De tevredenheid van onze klanten is ons hoogste doel, daarom is het alleen maar logisch om onze diensten uit te breiden. Met de herstructurering van onze serviceorganisatie voor systeemintegratoren verhogen we niet alleen de effici\u00ebntie en de prestaties van onze klantenservice aanzienlijk. Daarnaast cre\u00ebren we de basis om toekomstige innovaties in de servicebusiness nog sneller te ontwikkelen en aan te bieden,&#8221; legt Jens Str\u00fcwing, Executive Vice President Products &amp; Technology van de Interroll Groep, uit.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Als winstcentrum opgezet<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De nieuwe serviceorganisatie, die als winstcentrum is opgezet, zal nieuwe en bestaande klanten ondersteunen met een verscheidenheid aan vraaggestuurde vervangingsonderdelenservices. Daarnaast worden installatie- en onderhoudsdiensten aangeboden, die onder andere de inbedrijfstelling ter plaatse, het onderhoud, de inspectie, de reparatie en de optimalisatie van bestaande oplossingen die zijn gebaseerd op technologie\u00ebn van Interroll, omvatten. Ook wordt online ondersteuning voor preventieve onderhoudsmaatregelen en opleidingsdiensten aangeboden.
