Het textiellogistiekbedrijf was op zoek naar een geschikte overslaghal nabij de Beierse hoofdstad. Verhuurder van het pand is LOG.IQ Poing GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>(M\u00fcnchen\/Poing) De ruimte in het bedrijventerrein van Poing ligt in de directe nabijheid van de snelweg A94, die de verbinding met M\u00fcnchen en richting Oostenrijk mogelijk maakt. Bovendien is de aansluiting op de A99 ook slechts enkele minuten met de auto verwijderd. Deze snelweg, die ook wel de Autobahnring M\u00fcnchen wordt genoemd, biedt daarnaast een verbinding met de snelwegen A8, A9, A92 en A96.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eHet oosten van M\u00fcnchen is door zijn verbinding met M\u00fcnchen en de omliggende snelwegen ideaal voor logistieke vestigingen. Maar ook hier stijgt de vraag en daalt de beschikbaarheid van ruimtes\u201c, aldus Udo Zoller, Consultant Industrial &amp; Logistics (Letting) bij Logivest.
