Om in de toekomst nog meer klanten wereldwijd hun SAP EWM Helpdesk aan te bieden, vergroot het projecthuis voor SAP-logistiek continu zijn serviceteam. Vier extra medewerkers zijn operationeel en strategisch beschikbaar voor klanten na de projectafhandeling. Ook bedrijven met een SAP-oplossing die niet door SWAN is ge\u00efmplementeerd, kunnen gebruikmaken van de klantenservice.<\/p>\n<p>(Augsburg) In de SWAN Customer Lifecycle Support werken SAP EWAM-adviseurs en SAP EWM-ontwikkelaars via korte communicatielijnen samen voor de best mogelijke klantoplossing. Bij de productieve projectstart leveren ze op maat gemaakte ramp-up-service, een individueel opleidingsconcept voor alle medewerkersgroepen en het juiste servicepakket ter plaatse. Ze analyseren probleemoorzaken, optimaliseren SAP-installaties en processen door klanten professioneel te helpen bij de verdere ontwikkeling van hun bedrijfsbrede logistiek. In de eerste stap snel per telefoon of per e-mail, en daarnaast regelmatig persoonlijk ter plaatse. Om de professionele service volgens de SWAN-normen ook in de toekomst volledig en voor alle ge\u00efnteresseerden aan te bieden, breidt de SAP-expert nu opnieuw zijn helpdeskteam uit.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Experts kennen de systemen en installaties van de klanten<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In plaats van een callcenter met doorverwijzing naar het buitenland, werken in de Customer Lifecycle Support van SWAN Duitstalige en Engelstalige experts in 24-uurs bereikbaarheid. Ze kennen de systemen en installaties van de klanten, de respectieve contactpersonen en alle specifieke logistieke processen en kunnen daarom snel en effici\u00ebnt helpen. &#8220;Wij beschouwen projecten en logistieke processen nooit als definitief en sleutelklaar, maar eerder als voortdurend in verandering en met een constante behoefte aan optimalisatie.
