De specialist in arbeids- en beroepskleding kan zo de leveringen versnellen en de productiviteit van zijn processen verhogen. Hiermee legt DASSY de basis voor de groei in de komende jaren. De nieuwe hooggeautomatiseerde oplossing moet al in de zomer van 2021 operationeel zijn.<\/p>\n<p>(Marchtrank\/Brugge) DASSY professional workwear werd opgericht in 2007. Als een van de toonaangevende Europese merken voor hoogwaardige arbeids- en beroepskleding kan het bedrijf terugkijken op 45 jaar ervaring. DASSY is vandaag de dag actief in 20 landen en levert aan meer dan 1.000 vakhandelaren. Het assortiment is ontworpen voor verschillende sectoren \u2013 van logistiek tot ambacht en wegenbouw. In het distributiecentrum in Brugge zijn er altijd ongeveer 800.000 artikelen op voorraad: of het nu gaat om werkjassen en -broeken, beschermingsmiddelen of veiligheidsschoenen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Maximale flexibiliteit<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p> TGW breidt de bestaande intralogistiek uit met FlashPick<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> \u2013 de slimme totaaloplossing voor de automatische stukverzameling. De versnelde doorlooptijd maakt snellere leveringen of latere orderacceptatie mogelijk. Bij de ontvangst van goederen opent een TGW-robot eerst volledig automatisch alle binnenkomende dozen, voordat ze op trolleys worden geplaatst en in het drie-gangen shuttle-systeem met meer dan 50.000 opslagplaatsen worden opgeslagen.
